Hi Diane. My mother in law is coming to visit tomorrow. Normally right about now I would be panicking. But instead I just spent a few extra minutes on my swish and swipe this morning and think I may do some extra work on cleaning the baby’s high chair area this evening but that’s it. We do the morning and evening routines and the weekly home blessing hour for the past month and our home is guest-ready at all times (at least by my standards!) Thank you sincerely for all the encouragement and support. A situation like this would normally lead to high stress and a fight between my husband and I and it’s such a blessing to have the weight of a dirty home lifted.

Thank you, Diane. I like your comment about adapting the flylady system to work for you. I spent time with a friend, grocery shopped and cooked a late dinner. Today I help babysit and that tires me out - plenty of exercise chasing a toddler and amusing a preschooler.
I understand and can relate about a few things that you have said: For myself, I don't like tattoos, sportswear, or a bikini. I think because both sportswear and tattoos feel "not girly" enough for me, and a bikini feels too, not modest. I don't have any band tees anymore or any graphic tees..they were my first declutter items bc they made me feel "sporty" as well. But, I just had a light bulb moment here..if the exercise clothing had fun flower graphics on it, or was pink or semi-feminine looking, I would enjoy it! I declutter my underwear drawer/misc sleepwear drawer almost daily as I am getting dressed. It's refreshing now to see it. Love your cute drawer organizer boxes, how tidy!! 🤯Using all my “memory” t-shirts for exercising! I’ve been trying to wear nicer clothes, now that I don’t have an infant anymore, and this is a great way to still wear those sentimental tees and maybe be encouraged to exercise more. I always feel like such an imposter in activewear! 👍🥳 You rock!

I have fresh new tennis shoes for my classes at the gym. I am going to try to find a good fitting sports bra this weekend. All I ever wear is either a swim suit or a pair of shirts and a t-shirt for the other classes. I bet that photo is really wonderful! All I had to declutter was one old bottle of nail polish. I also have all folded in the Kon Marie fashion. Works well with my modest ranch wardrobe.
Our family loves Hot Fuzz. We’ve watched it many times. In fact I’ve picked up a few other Simon Pegg movies that he’s made with Nick Frost. I love their sense of humor.

Technically I practically live in sportswear if you count riding clothes as sportswear. Then usually change into shorts or whatever to do my 2+ mile walk. Today I’m going for the May award on my iwatch by doubling my move goal twice. Sounds easy but my goal is pretty high so I have to put in a good bit of extra work. I’m determined to finish out this month with a bang!

Best way to remove temporary tattoos is with cellotape, like you’re removing lint. I taught first grade for several years and gained much experience in temp tattoo removal!
No, stay away from the black and the Dark Side, Janet! LOL! Black is only for type 4s. You stick to the colours (tints, shades, etc) of your Primary but can bring in other style elements of your Secondary in your outfit (fabrication, pattern, etc). There are lots of free DYT videos on RUclips 🤗👋
It's great to live near the sea. We had a house in Barry South Wales for nearly 30 years and I could either walk to the sea or a 5 minute drive . Now we have an hours journey to get to the sea in Wales. When we come to Cyprus we are just 5 minutes away. I love that. In July and August I use the lido swimming pool in Pontypridd park regularly , but I just enjoy bathing in the sea so much. Before I left home today I took down the bedroom curtains and washed them and did my morning routine. My cleaning lady will combine a weekly homeblessing hour with cleaning bedrooms today as well as doing front back and side yard. She will put back the curtains and she gets so much work done in 2 hours. I am really fortunate to have her . She needs to do at least 2 hours for it to be worthwhile for her. She is so pleasant and productive that I do not mind and she will do anything I ask. I,m also not very comfortable wearing most sports wear. I find it hard to also find trousers or jeans I am comfortable with. I am 64 in August and I started work in an office but nowadays it seems like girls can go to work in very informal clothes. When I worked in London some girls wore jeans to the office. I am not very good with smart casual. The complete style you have going now is fabulous and your hair is so lovely now. Yesterday when I was at work I made extra trips up and down the stairs. I did some stretches and made some laps around the house. 🚶🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️
