Glad you dug this one more than me! Movies like this that try to balance tension and comedy effectively have to be handled by a true master of the medium, and the pacing of this film held it back from reaching its true potential. It definitely has moments that will shock you, make you laugh, and leave you wanting more...But there is so much wasted time in the middle of the film that could've been spent getting us attached to these characters to make the conclusion that much more impactful. I think Zoe Kravitz has a future as a director, but this one didn't really land for me. Great review, Mitchell!
