"My Guy" (1964) Recorded by Mary Wells

"My Guy" was Mary Well's last solo recording for Motown. Her fellow Motown star, Smokey Robinson, wrote and produced this song. In 1965, Robinson wrote a song similar to "My Guy" from a male perspective and it was a huge hit for The Temptations: "My Girl."
