The deep fakes aren't perfect yet, but one day in the future we will have a single movie staring Tom Cruise, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Lee, and Marilyn Monroe all done with voice actors, impressionists, and deep fake technology.
After years of celebrity lawsuits and facial likeness becoming officially recognized as a legitimate commodity that we can reap benefits and royalties from.
@@Onoma314 My 'movie' was just an example, not a serious pitch. Tell me you knew that. And anyway I didn't even present a story or movie idea so how do can it even sound like a horrible movie?
Near Perfect Deep Fakes do exist now - it's down to the ability of the user with the correct software application - Check out a channel called "Cntrl Alt Shift" there are some truly near perfect examples there. The Ross Marquand clip is great, but can be improved much further with the right tweaking. Remember this is just non-commercial level. Imagine what is available within the commercial industries. . . . . Yes - Perfection.
Whats so great about his impressions is he doesnt just get the voice down, but he mimics the persons facial expressions and mannerisms too, which is why the deepfakes look spot on. Please do more videos of Ross Marquand!!
The deepfakes were actually really good. But they only capture the area around the eyes, nose and mouth. To complete the illusion at this point the impressionist needs a wig and the right kind of facial hair.
That Kevin Spacey tho! ANd Stalone, that lip skew helped the DF deform hehe. Although a lot of them look like they're upside down ? Like the beard is their hairline cuz of positioning of the DF
this guy's impressions are brilliant, the absolute mastery of his facial muscles give him the ability to change his face to even look like the person who's voice he's doing. What a talent.
Seriously, I thought the video was intentionally labelled deepfake, and it wasn't until after the Matt Damon that I realized it was. And it was pretty good. So I watched it twice. OK a thumbs up.
Not discrediting this gentleman, bcos I'm sure he's a great impressionist, also I didn't watch this episode of Jimmy. I having a feeling these Deep fakes boost his impressions like 100%
I LOVE ROSS MARQUAND!!! Not only are his vocal impressions spot-on but so are his facial expressions... the last two (Gary Busey & Sylvester Stallone) were freakishly good, as was John C Reilly.
Ross Marquand is one of my favorite impressionists because he nail John C. Reilly and Michael Caine impressions fairly well. I'm also an impressionist but those two actors, I find very difficult do.
He looked really good as Matt Daemon and Justin Timberlake. The Matt Daemon one had a little bit of Chris Pratt in there too! I love Ross! His impressions are great and I love him on The Walking Dead!
Video games, Resurrecting dead stars, biography films, a new Be The Hero movie where you put yourself into the movie, I can think of lots of things that would could use this tech.
@@JesterHell999 Given that this tech is now starting to work for human voices too, we're gonna start seeing homemade blockbuster films starring any actors they please, along with their voices as well. Exciting, but scary :P
@@CLA82529 I was speaking in jest obviously but I agree. Its shocking what they can do now. It's only gonna get better and become much harder to detect. Cheers
It's so odd to see impersonator's really dawn the looks of their subjects. I was raised on Rich Little, and though he was great at the voices - he rarely looked like who he was doing. So there was that mind trick of almost "split screen" to have Rich on the left, and picture George Burns or Ronald Regan on the right. Somehow the deep fake of actually seeing Walken's or Busey's face makes it less funny. That either Chris really has to up his game on his next SNL appearance or comedic role - and Busey dare I be the first to say is "politically incorrect" due to his injuries and mental state. One thing to be admirable of his career and mannerisms, but the deep fake brutally mocks him and makes me cringe.
The facial expressions are edited in, notice how his face changes to Justin Timberake at 1:40 he doesnt actually make them himself. The voice impressions are still spot on though.
That Kevin Spacey was next level...
His Spacey is insanely on point. You should check out my other video where I swapped Buscemi onto Spacey :)
Perfect yes
Next level ordinary, sure.
Snurt Groolan you do it then. :)
@@lazarusleanin61 hed fall flat on his face and embarass everyone if even given the opportunity to show up.

He was like 'I don't do his voice' but that was actually the best Matt Damon impression I've ever heard.

Man his mannerism of Harrison Ford is probably the best out there.
Exactly what i was thinking , his face almost looks like the person he is impersonating :)
Wow nvm! They put a filter on his face with every impression :D Wow!
@@DarkVillainBe you need to watch the real video. He's still got the mannerism just right.
@@CLA82529 Will do :)
Absolutely amazing. It even incorporated Christian Bale’s teeth.
Seriously.
Craazy
He literally became Kevin Spacey
i sure hope he didnt
He’s natural voice is so close to matt damons, he doesn’t even need to do an impression

Justin Timberfake

A slice of fried gold please...
the smile... make me feel funny
The JT impression looked so real.
Kinda creepily real tho.
Ross Marquand is Shang-Tsung with this sorcery.
@1:42 That's Justin Timberlake with the Spaghetti Curls from his N'Sync days
Christian Bales face fit his head so well
It's getting scary better.

The Justin Timberlake one was so on point
Aside from the voices his facial expressions are spot on
That Christian Bale one was savage lol
Ross could pass as justin timberlake even without deep fakes
Old Michael Cane with that hair and beard is such a cursed image
He looks like Andy Serkis
The deepfakes were just okay. The impressions were really good
The Kevin Spacey and Justin Timberlake deepfakes were flawless
The deepfakes were actually really good. But they only capture the area around the eyes, nose and mouth. To complete the illusion at this point the impressionist needs a wig and the right kind of facial hair.
Funny I was going to say the reverse
Deepfakes were pretty good I think. Not an easy job
See Jim Meskimen his impressions are even better

John C Reilly one had me in stitches! 😂
I’m surprised there aren’t more people in this comment sections losing their minds about how incredible the Justin Timberlake one is
Jason Canales his head shape and hair really lined up well with the deep fake

I love that Gary Busey has such a wacky face you can't line it up with somebody who has a normal face
funnily enough
the Michael Caine looked more like Paul Whitehouse

The Spacey and the Bale where my favorites.

the justin timberlake one didn't need deepfaking lmao
Nice job of enhancing his impressions with believable subtlety.

It's not that some of the deepfakes were better than others - but rather that some of those people's faces looked closer on Ross' face.
Now do Jimmy Kimmel in black face.
Him, Meskimen and Pharaoh are at the top of the impressionist realm
Michael Caine just looked like really really old Edward Norton
