I called NVC few months ago, they told me that they would just reopen my Ds260 for major issues. Ano po kaya need ko pang gawin - call sa USEM to reopen my Ds260 or on the ID na lang po mag-edit?
Really? Try other playforms, inquiry, email. If d talaga guess on the day of your ID ang last resort talaga. Prep everything kasi for sure, baka sa labas ka papa edit yan.

They will not question what's not in it. Mistakes are mostly created by the applicants themselves, adding infos that is not in the ds260. Just stick with the information you put there. Editing the ds260 is not a routine, once you hit submit everything there is already final. In my case, though I was able to edit my ds260, I didn't add my new job. I just added the infos that disappeared.
I do not know. but I think they are more meticulous with communicable disease than bloodborne. It should be good, baka more questions lang during the interview. Try searching sa Lefora po

Not familiar of non-immigrant visa applications po. Better to call SLEC, themselves

But did you mean, you previously lived in abroad? Well, for that case, I guess yes since you'll be presenting NBI for that.
