Nice! 🙂I've had my Cyberpower UPS units since 2019 and the batteries surprisingly still work well. I did a battery drain test on both of them over a month ago and I had plenty of time to get everything shut down. But at this point anything could happen to them. The batteries are almost 5 years old.
I don't see full runtime on new batteries until they've been cycled a couple times. Dunno about APC, with my Lieberts there is one heck of a premium buying new packs as opposed to replacing just the batteries and reusing the harness.
NIce! I love fixing stuff and saving it from going to recycling or the dump!!
Me too!
Great video 👍 Very nice financial savings vs. buying a new UPS.
Kindest regards, friends and neighbours.
Thank you 👍
Thanks!
Thanks Man!

Agreed, thanks for watching :)
One of the 2 UPS units in my rack decided it no longer wanted to be a UPS, as it wouldn't charge the battery anymore even with a fresh battery.
I had a Tripp Lite fail on me multiple times, I gave up on them and moved to APC.
