You bring so much improvisation/variation into the piece that I cant even hear anymore that it's "Ohne Dich" by Rammstein. It's something nice sounding but not "Ohne Dich" by Rammstein.
I love this song in an original version, but this is even more powerful!

The song loses all its brutality and power when arranged like this, you're very talented but I can't say the way of presenting the piece is ideal.
I really don't like this version, I think you play a random music and you name it "Rammstein - Ohne dich". It's already a beautiful music and it is useful to change it
