We are going to be London for 3 days. Only one afternoon free. As this is a quick visit I would love for my daughter to experience a tea and on a budget. I would prefer it to be authentic and reasonably priced . Please what is your recommendation.

For afternoon tea, especially during this time of year, you'll probably struggle to find anyplace you can just walk into. I don't know anywhere specifically that you'll have a good chance to get a walk in-- if it was easy then it's probably not that good ;) For non-afternoon tea food, I have a ton of options that don't take reservations or that you try to could walk into in The Local Guide to London: loveandlondon.com/the-local-guide-to-london That will help!

Hi Donald, any of the Firmdale hotels are usually pretty good at dietary requirements if you let them know in advance.
I know it's been a while and this is not my channel, but we had an amazing GF afternoon tea at the Athenaeum.
Looks like fun but i don't like tea, coffee, or hot chocolate. smh lol
