you have my condolences Ian. I lost my father in October. I always love Christmas and decorating the house. I didn't have the heart to do more than put out a couple candles. I'm feeling a bit better now and putting out "winter" decorations. Hope you begin to find small pleasures, even joy, in your life. Sending a hug.

I lived in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) in the early 70’s. Having an English tea almost every afternoon at a friend ‘s or at home is one of my nicest memories. Thank you for your wishes to those of us who are having a difficult time. We met with my elderly mother’s doctor today and agreed to place her on hospice care. Your videos help me to keep me in a Christmas mood at least a little bit and for that I thank you. May you have the merriest of christmases and a happy new year.
