Wireless adapter or not you’ll always have to run wire to the speaker.

Hi True, yes, you're right - we got a little over-enthusiastic on that! SVS Wireless Adapters work between the receiver and the amp - which in the case of in wall subs is a separate chassis. Thank you

Hello Amin, yes, if you are looking for an in wall product so that you don't have the visual interruption of freestanding subwoofers, these in wall subs are a fine choice. You can get more output per money spent from freestanding subwoofers, so if you plan a large theater area, keep that in mind. We're very impressed with the performance of these
