hoi ladies just like to say that i had fun visiting you during my vacation . the end result was a suitcase full with 16 bottles of whisky and 15 tasting-samples from the whole west coast of Scotland . keep it up
I had Douglas Laing single cask bottle of Dailuaine from a single olorosso sherry cask at cask strength one of the best sherried whiskies I've ever had
Love this video. Dailuaine is one of my favorite distilleries too. I’ve never had the official F&F release but it sounds like I don’t need to bother with it!
I recently finished the Signatory Non chill filtered bottling of Dailauine 12yo.. not a dram for beginners. It was very light in colour, completely un-sherried & very dry. It improved as the bottle emptied but I don't think I would buy it again
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on these Dailuaines, ladies. Informative and enjoyable. Have tried several (not the official one). All decent stuff. Slàinte mhath
Absolutely love Dailauine, but have only tried the independent bottlings. I do not believe they got included with the GoT releases. Love these reviews. Sláinte🥃
Great comparison! That Red Cask Company sounds delicious! Would love to try some more Dailuaine, but unfortunately, it's not the easiest to find in the US...
I think Dailauine is in my top 5 scotches distilleries. I currently have 5 independent bottles as well as the F&F. I have a 30 yer old release bottled by the SMWS. I once received a 28 yr old bottled by Old Malt Cask for a birthday present. So delicious and long gone :(
Nice review(s), ladies. I only have very good experiences with Dailuaine from indie bottlers. (never tried the Flora & Fauna, unfortunately), and fortunately Dailuaine bottlings are not hard to find in Denmark. Regarding the "something from eating at an Indian restaurant", when you mentioned cardamom, I instantly thought of clove. When I have basmati rice from Indian restaurants, it has often been cooked with cardamom pods and clove, which together provide that distinct "aromatic Indian rice" character.
Different samples given to us by different whisky friends at different times! Didn't realise they were all under Global whisky! Compete coincidence but now we know!
Well, I took their advice and tried to turn my hobby into a jobbie. Unfortunately, my hobby is painting pewter soldiers. Like Gandalf said: "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!" So many pointy bits. So...many...pointy...bits. Writing this from the hospital where my bum is in a cast.
It's all about The Badger!! 🦡🤩

First time I've watched your channel. You guys are amazing. Keep up the good work!
Welcome aboard 🥃🥃!!
Tried the Berry brothers version at the leeds whisky festival and it was brilliant
Had a couple of independent Dallauine bottlings in the past. Heard people refer to this distillery as Diageos waxy backup to Clynelish.
That would make sense yeah!
Love this video. Dailuaine is one of my favorite distilleries too. I’ve never had the official F&F release but it sounds like I don’t need to bother with it!
That bottling from Red Cask Company sounds right up my street, will have to give that a try, thank you ladies, great video as always 🥃

Not a distillery I’d heard of before but I shall keep an eagle eye in the future. Thanks

Yeah I think you might be right on the cardamom and clove combo!
"I didnt know people had strong feelings about the badger".....have you SEEN the Honeybadger video? LOL
Hi ladies, I work for Diageo, how’s about a review for the Caol Ila unpeatead 15 yr old ,59% abv 🤪🤪
Yes, yes and YES! Tried an unpeated Caol Ila once many moons ago and LOVED it!
Nice insight into what Global whisky produce. Were they freebies? .. or coincidence?😂
Different samples given to us by different whisky friends at different times! Didn't realise they were all under Global whisky! Compete coincidence but now we know!
mmmm
