  • Car went 11.53 @ 119 on this pass. 1.64 60'. The speedometer is actually a bit slow relative to the actual speed per the timing equipment at the track. It was held well past the 1/4 mile mark, and the speedo only showed 115, while the actual speed was at least 125.
The datalogged speed on the computer matched up perfectly with the track times. Showed a 0-30 time of about 1 second, and 0-60 in 3.2-3.3.
SVO blower with a 2.9" pulley (12 pounds of boost). PI heads. MHS blower cams. AIS water/meth. Full exhaust. Built motor. Built tranny. 3600 Circle D triple disk converter Built rear with 3.73s. All of this at full weight on 17 x 9 wheels all the way around. 275/40-17 Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials. Driven to the track just as it was run; 100% street trim.

Looks good! Have you tried a pass without 2nd gear lockup?

Hey bro I have a 96 mustang gt with a built motor and npi head and intake. I was wondering if I got one of thoes blowers what would be the best way to reach around 450-500rwhp? I know the blower is limited but what would you suggest to max out the blower safely then adding a 75-100 shot of nitrous? What do you think man?

It was 100% full weight, nothing taken out at all. I never actually weighed it, but based on what an auto 98 GT weighs, plus the supercharger, plus me, it was easily 3600-3800 pounds race weight.

@@sneaky98gt thanks for info ...what was the rwhp as well ? im putting together a svo blower with making 9lbs with meth injection in a 98 gt wifes car for her to index race with . we swapped in a c4 auto , with stick it made 363 rwhp Pi motor with comp 262 cams

@@RaceRedFairmont I only dynoed it once, it made exactly 400 rwhp on the nose, BUT that was with a little bit of belt slip right near the top of the rpm range. Looking at the slope of the graph, it probably would have made 420 or so. Based on track times, weight of the car, and density altitude, it was making 430-440 rwhp. That was with a ported blower, smallest pulley you could run without slip, built PI motor, MHS blower cams, ported PI heads, full exhaust, and spraying the house down with water/meth. Pretty much the absolute max you could get out of the SVO blower. However, it was on a relatively safe tune. I drove the car hard for many years and hundreds of passes with that setup, and it never once gave any issues.
