Many years ago when I was sitting in the backseat of a car, I saw Michelle standing by a pickup point, obviously waiting for someone. I must have probably stared at her for a while, cos she saw me looking at her and gave me a friendly smile. I think that simple gesture says a lot about the kind of person she is. I think I can see why Michelle and Shaun are not together anymore. Their personalities and demeanor are so different. It may actually be for the good. Shaun is happily married with kids and Michelle is happily leadig her life. Don’t use marriage and kids to judge a person’s quality of life. What Michelle says is true. Sometimes we just want to do nothing! When we have kids, someone has to do something! Being a parent is rewarding no doubt but not everyone can handle it. The kid is not going to be cute and obedient forever. There are defintely ups and downs and sadly not everyone is ready to handle it all. Good luck to Michelle! Lead your life girl!
She mentioned “Li nian” and that’s a fairly simple word and could easily be translated into life values. Jade struggled with her mandarin while Michelle doesn’t seem to express well in English either.
Rumour about her broken marriage is having a kid with Shaun Chen. Not sure how geniune is the rumor. But it seems like it in this video interview. She might think of a kid in future but may be too late for her age to conceive later.
