he didn't remember it wrong he was just focussing on one detail, how easily influenced mira can be. the second flashback wasn't him correctly remembering it since he always remembered it correctly, it was him realizing that it was another trait of mira, her determination that had lead her to make an admittedly radical change in her life. he blamed the boonboomgers because otherwise there was nothing he could do, but in the end it was his fault, since he chose to go to new york, he drove (ha) a rift between their relationship. so far i'd been seeing boonboomgers as a rather goofy season, not taking it too seriously, even though it had had serious moments, but this episode and it's nuanced depiction of not just mira being strong in the face of toxic masculinity, but where that masculinity came from and what made it toxic, how good intentions can get turned into harmful acts, and how it delivered its moral so perfectly without compromising is identity or character, it's changed how i look at this season as a whole, and with this new perspective, i think it might end up being my favourite sentai season, it's at least already one of my favourites. and to think, i was almost gonna skip this season because i thought the tire faces looked too silly.
yeah so with isshiro teaching how to open the lid off those bowl thats visual learning for the children and westerners also the motw for 119 debut looks like if kezza became another rider cause it literally looks like a bird

Heck another plot hole is taiya taking her away from it, which kinda contradicting the point of her making her own decisions to begin with again also. Cause if taiya didnt took her away, is she just gonna let it happened or finally say something?? We dont even know. I think gao white and gopink had a better episode when it came to this in my opinion. Caise it isn't toxic masculinity nor femininity but more with just toxicity in general. Cause u have many ppl that been dumped in a way where their feelings don't get considered either. It is fine she wants to have her own will but compare to others female ranger, this was kinda meh and odd way she handled it. But this isn't as bad compared to the forced romance in Don Brothers and specifically in jetman where it was so forced with Ryu was still depressed about his gf being dead or lost, kaoi didn't gave af about that and was trying to find ways to seduce him into liking her, than respecting him as a person, no matter how many times he rejected her, or how gai was so desperate to get with her even though he can pull any women he wants. Yet gai dies, doesn't get kaoi, but Ryu caves in kaoi harassment into marrying her. If you think about it, this was just messed up in a way But that is my opinion, thank to joining my Ted talk
