The inclusion of a couple battles before the final round was a welcome addition! Gave me a chance to learn the roles of the party before entering the final round and imo made it more enjoyable because of it
12:50 the optimal strat would have been to bring in registeel after Metagross was KO'd, protect once, and then switch to Skarmory to get KO'd to get rid of an additional fire blast for sure.
@@kevinjamesmartin7127 Yeah. That was uploaded after I wrote this comment. He actually managed to make this series even better. Was happy to see more of his thought process in that one.
Do you come up with the team builds on stream or offline? If on stream, a video (maybe on a second channel if you have one?) showing the process and explaining why you made certain decisions would be very interesting!
1:24 In your next videos, can you please add the bonus/malus for natures? I imagine the majority of viewers do not know by heart what they boost/hinder.
Really enjoying your content! I recently started to consume this type of content (narrated gaming?? Is that a name?) - some pokemon, smo, smm2, etc). Yours is very accessible - you provide a lot of information in an easy to digest way. Really enjoying this series too, deserves a lot more attention imo!
Just wondering why did you have return on registeel. Wouldnt it be better to have an attack that hit everything like hp steel Also why run hp rock over rock slide on gross
Are you going to do this challenge for the other battle facilities? I mean I understand not doing it for the pyramid and factory but I'm really interested as to what you could pull off if you did it in the other facilities
1. Gen 3 Steel moves suck. The best one is Metagross' Meteor Mash (90 power/90 accuracy) 2. He's fighting the Battle Tower. He knows the pokemon he'll run into. There aren't enough Rock type pokemon to fight that make dropping his other coverage options worth it.

Great series! Time allowing, I want to catch some attempts live, but thank you so much for the RUclips videos. Can't wait to watch them all!

lol thank god what he did was just good enough
Idk why, but I just busted out laughing when I say HP Rock on Metagross. I absolutely stand by the 5 damage tradeoff for 100% accuracy. Great video
So intense! After you have finished uploading all the successful attempts, it would be fun to see some "outtakes" of attempts you lost.
Seconded
I came here from a video where he did that. Bug vid

I'm surprised you went with Return over HP Steel on Registeel. Great team synergy though, gj :).

Looooove this series!!
My new favorite series.

Did you know that in terms....

He's using rental pokemon from the battle tower
Hi chrism, love this series. Hope you do this in gen 4 battle tower as well
Did that opponent Registeel use Aerial Ace?? 😂 How in the heck is a Registeel even capable of learning that?
it can fly
9:56 Yay Liam!
The answer is yes if you use Regina, metaG and skymonkey. Try doing it with caterpie, metaphor and butterfeee and then I’ll tip my hat off to you

Fighting, Fire and Grass will be very entertaining.
Am meisten bin ich wohl auf das Käfer-Team gespannt, ich predicte mal iwas in Richtung Ninjask, Skaraborn und Armaldo/Pottrott bzw Smettbo.
lmaooo he's got voiceovers now! Finally investing into the youtube
This is awesome!!
This is such a good series!!!
Chris, can you upload the full runs of these on your second channel? Pleeassee 🥺
Loving this series.
really interested to see Bug type and Dark type :D
Dude the reggis are putting their weight pull all the the teams up
you have such a handsome face
love ur content fam
Is this the same emerald you got all gold symbols on?
yes!
loved it
wonder how youre gonna do poison, since poison types are so mediocre in gen 3
Which site do they use to check potential movesets?
One of the guys wrote a bot that automatically reads names and moves from the screen, and uses its own database to look up the move sets.
At this point you've gotta use Regirock, right?
Wth was that anabel fight
What are the EV’s on this registeel?
How do u.. make a STEEL team
and not have A SINGLE steel move?
like.. cm'on man...
Because every steel move in Gen 3 sucks?
There are stronger bug-type moves with more accuracy than any steel-type moves. Bug and steel def need new moves added. It's been 20+ years now.

Because in this Gen, Steel (and Rock btw) suck as attack types.
@@loudwhispre9406 meteor mash is 100 power 85 accuracy
