Hey Tobias! This is a friendly tip, when you're using your baking rack you can line the bottom with some aluminum foil to catch the seasons and dripping that sometimes burn on the bottom of the rack. This will make the cleaning process so much easier, just lift the foil at the end and throw away and gently wash your rack without soaking and scrubbing.😊❤
Hey! So I have a question. How do you make sure that the breast meat is seasoned? Like deeply seasoned. I did a spatchcock chicken a couple of months ago and the breast was on the bland side. How do I fix that?

Marinating, and make sure you’re rubbing the seasonings under the skin.
