Hello GP. This video really speaks to me. Did exactly this 2 weeks ago when an anxiety attack decided to visit me. It hit, I felt it. It was there, but I recognized it, felt it as an observer, actually found it funny that I would react to this before, because now there was a gap. It washed away. At this point I think I could do same even if it were more intense. Although not inviting that. Lol. Thanks. Vijai

I found stop trying to feel better/worse works for me. But it's after many other circuitous paths.....

You can't always jump right into that. Sometimes you just need so basic breathing and relaxation practices.

Wow this was extremely powerful. I stepped back and asked myself to take me to any trauma I can heal right now. A wash of tingling energy came over me and I just got down and cried my eyes out for 5 mins while hugging and comforting my 3-year-old self telling him how awesome and perfect he is. I did not know I could do that... thank you.

Yes you can do that. So wonderful to hear. Thank you for sharing that with me!

I have cPTSD and dealing with illness with agoraphobia too. I love your work. How do I go about desensitization? Example. I want to drive by myself again and I stopped due to panic and having Lyme disease, now the virus too. I’m totally isolated by myself.
I have no quality of life and it is restricting me to being home alone, all the time which in itself is miserable
