The challenging of being a RBT is sometimes that to make a living of this you have to take at least three cases and you might need to be running from a case to another and going home so at the end of the day you end up burned out unless you work onsite that’s different on my experience and there’s no much benefits or support to the RBT from the companies.
This video was so helpful! I’m currently interviewing for various agencies. The first one offered me the job however the pay isn’t good and they want me to commit 1 year. Wasn’t feeling it. The second interviewer said they were gonna send me a job offer letter and the pay is better. I just have to see the pros and cons of each 🤔.
Hi! Thank you so much for watching 🤍. Yes it’s really important to look at your options ! There are so many agencies out there you want to make sure you find the right fit☺️
Hey! Yes I definitely think so just it may be a bit inconsistent if you get frequent client cancellations but that’s why it is so important to discuss with the agencies the cancellations policies, PTO, etc.
