I add a tarp, to have a large vestibule. So doing all, under the tarp, and keep all dry, by raining. One end mounting at the tent, the other end on the parking bike, if there no trees around. You can mount longer paracord strings, so the bike must not park so near. I add Amaretto liquor in my coffee. .
Did a week up there in May 19, fabulous area even in the rain..... which it did a lot of on us.

Yes Thanks Bob, the Fjr was great love the back roads up there . Lots of bikes doing the NC500 which was a bit hectic, so explored off that😉
