1/2 chopped onion each ( red, yellow & spring )
3 diced carrots
1 medium size red bell peppers
100g chopped green beans
1/3 size shredded cabbage
1/2 cups oil
Salt to taste
1 tbs all purpose seasoning
1 cup of soaked sorghum leave water
