Post-Patch Empress Arcana Builds Overview & 242 Parse

It's been a minute, hopefully this is somewhat helpful.
Some notes :
Normally in 341 builds you run return instead of CoD.
You also normally don't use FOAK for deception fishing before rain (garden/seren only) I just wanted to explain the basic way it worked.
My 242 rotation still isn't flawless. Normally you're supposed to go for boundless mana earlier by using a lot of stack-less FOAKs after the initial 2 ruin skills. Also working on timing issues with the 3 second crit buff instead of the 5 as well as weaving in evoke more actively.
