On your live stream the other night you commented on "being content with what you have" in regard's to RC vehicle's. Not getting overwhelmed/having to manage all of it. Doing more with less. I agree 100%. I've arrive at the same conclusion with my fleet of RC vehicle's. Its a mind set I'm going to use going forward with the hobby. Anyway, great channel Tony keep it up!!!
It can be a ton of fun too. My brother and I started running our old B4s in stock 21.5 class recently. Pretty fun seeing just how capable they are even against the new chassis out there. All we did was freshen them up and put the spec electronics/gearing in.
Got my Trx4M yesterday .I’m probably going to keep it mostly Stock. I’m not the great at switching electronics around. Iv always go RTR’s. Never got kits. But I do like TRAILING and some Crawling. It’s just a great great Truck had to get one.
This chassis looks like a nice upgrade from stock if you wanted to have those extra shock locations but keep it class 1. What bits are those for that screwdriver im looking at getting that driver as well?
I’m just getting back into all this and building a 1/10 truck. I really like these TRX4M’s but is anyone doing comps with them? I see 1/24th only advertised and 1/10th but nothing for the 1/18. Is it just a matter of time or is this size more a fad?
1/24 has been around longer and the shops that have already started comps may not do 1/18. It’s hard to say. I think it’s up to the Traxxas-only stores to create courses and comps for them or shops.
Idk I've always felt weird about changing chassis. It just kinda feels to me like it makes it a differe t truck. Like it's not a traxxas trx4m any more. Now it's a furitek truck. But that's just me
@@reddeerrebelrc6674 talent helps, but honestly can only compete to a certain level. This upgrade really is for people who aren’t using these for simple trailing. I still prefer the stock setup on these. Just showing options available. I do use their chassis for my SCX24 comp build, but I comp with it. I don’t plan to with my TRX4m as there aren’t any comps locally for them. I’d I did…I’d also ditch the stock body for something like a comp off-road design.

I’m down for upgrading the trucks you love. Just not wanting to do chase every new release

IT CLIMBS OVER BOOKS
Awesome Tony, watching now Sunday morning 8:43 AM
Looks and performs beautifully! You make it look so easy. Thanks so much!😊
Yeah catch you next time appreciate the video
That screw driver looks really useful, What is it?
Looking awesome Out there love the course
Thanks! Love that I can run it in January
So what was the benefit of the frame rails?
You didn’t show anything except having the shocks in the wrong place.

The Mickey Thompson tires are worth changing. That and slow crawl gearing
Have you had any problems with the O Rings popping out of the drive shaft of the TRX4 M. I got PTFE THREAD SEAL TAP WAS WONDERING IF THAT WOULD WORK.
@@ironj100 not yet…but seems very possible
You can just print some flex blades or buy them for 10 bucks on ebay and get more flex with a stock form ,way less money and better articulation.
Great video. Thanks for sharing
yeah buddy this is definitely my speed!
Interesting for sure
Cool!

Awesome video! Love these mini’s. Do you have any stickers available to send?
Any chance you would be able to get metal crawler transmission gears? A couple people sell the 16:1 but nobody has got the 40:1
Nicely done Tony! What are you using to film this action?
iPhone on the bench. Panasonic CX-350 for the run footage
The run footage is beautiful, I knew you weren't filming with a phone/gopro for the outside shots! That explains it!
Hey Tony that is a cool screwdriver. Where did you purchase it from?
I got it from amazon and love it. My buddy Josh from Freestyle RC told me about it. amzn.to/3Xt2LM1
@@CCxRC thanks Tony I just ordered one on Amazon Canada.
Are those the Trenchers you are running for tires? Whatever they are they look like the perfect size for what I’m after.
Ah nevermind in the opening shot I can read the label on the side, missed it the first time through

Hey Tony, every time I bind my DX3 I have throttle but no Steering? Have you ever had this problem?
I haven’t. Have you Reid a new servo?
@@CCxRC no I haven’t that will be my next step. Thanks Tony 👍🏻

Yeah. It really does change things. Most of my SCX24 comp trucks aren’t scx24 at all anymore
Oh no.
Oh yes
But the braces a som***** tho😢
Least scale chassis, almost ever.
You haven't been watching all the comp chassis coming out for 1/10 or 1/24 scale then. 😂 None of them are. It's about setup options.
@@CCxRC it's about compensation for lack of talent. Learn to drive
