Cooking Ajiaco in Kitchen of Hilton Bogotá Corferias Hotel

Ajiaco is a chicken soup in Colombia which uses no fewer than four different kinds of potatoes. This is raw video of the soup being cooked. I was one of the people who helped prepare the ingredients for the soup in the kitchen of the Hilton Bogotá Corferias hotel property, as shown in a different video.
