Water will splash through the massive hole and into your back and legs 2. The structural strength is compromised by not having the for free structural support of a monolithic structure and it's now much more vulnerable to oscilations in the frequency of a few hz to tens of hz... basic driving and pothole frequencies. These oscillations will definitely lead to the mudguard to shear off

The ultraviolet F77 will not go the distance specified with a small 10 KWH battery. This battery will produce only 13 hp for one hour.
