Hi, thanks for this video! It is super helpful. For overseas degrees, do the first two years of work need to be related to the degree? Would an E2 visa count for that period? Or does the three years of work only start once we get on an E7?
Can you clarify what is the KIIP requirement? In some places it mentions KIIP level 5 is required for this visa, which would be the largest hurdle for most people considering this visa type.
Hello, actually for bachelors/masters receivers domestically, the immigration office said they do not specify that the 3 years need to be AFTER the acquisition of the certificate. I am right now working full time, and have been working on E7 for 3 years and f-27 for 2 years, and while I was on f-27 I am doing my masters degree, and as far as I understand from calling the immigration office, I don't need to wait 3 more years AFTER I get my masters certificate, I can apply right away because I have already worked in Korea fulltime for almost 5 years under E-7 and F-27.. Is this correct? Sometimes the workers there aren't sure, so I wanted to hear your opinion.

You need to come to Korea with E-7 Advanced Tech and work at the same field until now.

I see. F-5-10 visa needs KIIP stage 5 completion(pass the test) mandatorily.

For F-5-10 visa, its domestic bachelor’s major shall be Science and Engineering Only.

If you have 3 years of working experience in Korea, it is not important when you got your master degree in Korea.
