and why do I think there is no running water or electricity or gas to these homes??? What makes me think that??? There should be roads paved already, infrastructure...???? Where are the electrical lines? I don't see a wire insight? is everything underground?
All the homes look like they are placed just where ever, the plots of land each one has is not ideal either for so many reasons. Something about this whole thing doesn't seem right, something is so very wrong, and they are simply ugly....

If I was president and the guy won't sell. Then we'll work with him and give him grants anyways.

Mississippi's economy is shit if someone was to fix this up and turn it into apartments. It could have some small but worthwhile effect on Mississippi even though it's two states away. Maybe even boost America's economy too.

@@marionpeebles3836 I think that guy knows, hence what he said about "even though it's two states away" he's just weird and thinks turning these into apartments will solve some housing problem in Mississippi somehow

"Literally a diamond in the rough" -- do, for us, a favor and learn the meanin of the word "literal". It is not literally a diamond in the rough, it is metaphorically a diamond in the rough. Thank you on behalf of Friends of the Gerund (FROG) and minus 10 points.
