Hence more people can travel within Europe, then they can from Europe to Australia. If it wasn't for that, Australia definitely won. Alexander Rybak said hands down Dami was the best voice he had ever heard at Eurovision. He should know since he won in 2009. Justin Timberlake called her amazing and the real winner. Even Bjorn of ABBA called her a fantastic singer!

This is why the tele vote isn’t always agood thing. Hundreds of thousands of people vote each year , but they don’t vote for the most talented artist / the best entry. They vote if the song is catchy. Sound of Silence was arguebly the best Eurovision Performance OF ALL TIME, but she didn’t won because crackheads that don’t know ANYTHING about music have the right to vote.
The eurovision season starts in September, when countries are allowed to present their representative act. The 2 semifinals and the Grand Final will be in May.

Dami was robbed of her title by a political song that had no place in Eurovision. Dami is an incredible performer, she does belt because people love her strong voice.
