As a somali speaker, I died when he thought Haitian was Somali and thought Somali was Icelandic. 💀
hahaha i can imagine
It just proves that Somalis originate from Iceland.
In Somali
“Inaan dhaho lee waayo, dadka meeshan imaadeen ayaga sidee ogsoon yihiin ineen dheheen in dadka Virginia joogo dad fiican yihiin”
In English…
I should say that the people who came here that they know and said it themselves that the people of Virginia (the Somali people ) are a good people.
For clarification:
Ogsoon yihiin (with out an accent) and Oksoon yihiin with an accent ) both meaning the word Know in English .
For example “Ma ogsoon tahay in aad qof fiican aa tahay? Which means “do you know that you’re a good person ?”
Fairly good job, that Maltese guess was INSANE, never would have gotten that. And the Uzbek ones man, i coulda sworn it was turkish.
That Portuguese was from Brazil, not Portugal
I actually met a dude from Uzbekistan recently
dayum
how the fucc did I guess Abkhazian correctly
Good question
As a haitian the first one is haitian CREOLE not just "haitian" lol
my bad
I love your enthusiasm! Great video!
the caucasian languages have lots of ejectives
Tbh the Norwegian dialect there sounded pretty Swedish. It said it was Norwegian nynorsk (new Norwegian) which is only a written language form.
I am a swede and to me it sounded 100 % like Danish, and I am saying that being from a city located very close to the Scanian border (Scanian is the Swedish dialect that resembles Danish the most).😅
Yeah, skånedialekten. Jeg er norsk, så jeg vet at det var norsk.
@@royaleagle-brawlstars6113 Coolt! Intressant att du kunde höra det så tydligt. För mig lät det som danska a long way (resembled someone talking while trying to eat porridge or something). Norwegian (to me) is much more clear.
@@bogzyolsson2061 I'm Danish, and though I do agree that the way he spoke sounded Danish, I personally couldn't understand any of it lol
@@sebastiangade Well haha, that is really cool! Apparently the nynorsk dialect is somewhere between Danish and Swedish. :P I am a language nerd and thought I got that one without doubt. I understood some of the words, but not everything. It is also nice that you agree with me that it sounded like Danish.😁👌
I’m a Somali it’s so funny that you know most European languages but you can’t understand Somali no hate
The game is actually quite lenient. It doesn’t divide Spanish into countries, and that Malay recording is actually from Malaysia but it lets you choose Indonesia.
Yeah, that's a bit of a pity
Yes the Malay one was from a news and most likely from Malaysia, because Indonesian news will use Indonesian language. They're very similar but the accent is clearly Malaysian
The hardest ones sounds like a language exam hearing sounds in Hungary. So strong. The hearing is the most difficult part on the exams. XD
pretty much

As a linguistics student, i thought i would do better…there is so much more for me to learn😮😁
The Spanish one:
I'm Caribbean, from Barranquilla, so I understand like 95%. My guess is either Puerto Rico or República Dominicana...
No idea about the second one at 7:30
Casi la pegas, it's Dominican. (I'm from the DR)
"...tienes una goma vacía...". Goma as in neumático, a tire.
I'm Spanish and I also got everything of course. My guess would have been "Puerto Rico" more than DR but if the DR guys recognise this then it must indeed be from DR
Spanish is the second fastest language behind japanese, spanish speaks 7.82 syllables per second and japanese 7.84 syllables per second. I can speak that fast in spanish
It was a really good video! I liked it.
Nice video 😁
Dude, my language sounds like Korean!😂 It literally said something like '
'Having a taste of ecstasy on literature, art and aesthetics'' I don't know it doesn't make that much sense in English
Which was your language? Sinhala? I was very close to getting that one correct.🙈
Nice video !🌞
Really enjoyed your dancing 😅
So so fed up of you tubers blaspeming the beautiful and most Holy Name of Jesus. Why? Please don't do it. There is absolutely no reason for it.n

I'm from Pakistan and I know Arabic but don't speak it at home, I died laughing at you saying "Yallah, Mashallah, Habibi" . 😂😂😂 I didnt know you'd know Mashallah.
Btw.... Habibi is when you're addressing a male, if you're addressing a female, then you say "habibti" . 🙌
1:26 wadatalekapwlayu
0:37 me being swedish understanding just as much as the person speaking haitian
J
That first spanish one must have been from the Carribean area.
