The ankle support was good just have to tie them really tight in order to feel it. The heel slippage wasn’t noticeable either but I think that goes hand and hand with how tight you tie your shoes

You can definitely use them for outdoors they have the same traction pattern as the dame certified 1 and those played great outdoors for me
