So far from your videos I see that both Perry and Drees offer the single story products that have a more modern style (no arches, more muted color palettes, etc). How long is the drive from Conroe to the Woodlands Mall on a busy day during rush hour? 🙏

Are there still new homes available in the $400k to $450k range? Is it in gated community? Did it flood there? Can you add a pool in backyard if you like in the future? We are planning a move probably next year and we are considering Conroe,
