My little family are most likely to be moving to Texas in a short time from now and are definitely considering your area 🎉! Wish us luck and blessings on the move, thank you 😊
My wife and I are definitely considering our move in 2+yrs from now. Although I'm semi retired now, I'm waiting for her to get to this milestone before we move. We are looking for something in the northern suburbs of Houston. Can you recommend something within the $250,000- lower $300,000 range? We have family in Humble, but it doesn't have to be there. Lol
Oh it’s New Kay Knee…I’ve been saying New Kah Nay….ha! (Texas transplant from MA…I’m in Kings River Village near Kingwood…it’s zoned to Kingwood High so a cute niche)…been thinking of moving to the Woodlands since that is where we like to hang out during the weekends…AND we no longer have to commute, my husband retired and I work from home so no need to be downtown Houston anymore…the housing prices are holding strong in the Woodlands…
The water park is down the road so they don't need a pool. Instead of installing a pool they might hire a van driver to bring wet-groups back from the water-park.
No, it’s dependent on the neighborhood, but almost all newer neighborhoods have them, but I wouldn’t be scared to be in a neighborhood with an hoa, they help keep your property value as high as possible

Is there a TOL brother builder company in that area? How much is the HOA?

Thank you .
@@livinginhtxthey dont actually
No community Pool? ciao....
The waterpark is 23 minutes East. A bus shuttle in peak summer might be cheaper than a rarely used pool.
Could you do a video on Tavola
Possibly

Master planned areas are always a terrible choice to live in. No thank you!
