Is there any variation of the combo the allows to include sp little knight in this deck or do the xzy only this turn functions of the combo starters making It a non starter?
If you're looking to just capture gameplay you don't really need a capture card unless you're streaming, benchmarking or trying to maximize framerate. You can just use OBS to record your screen/gameplay instead and you'll be fine.

To make these deck in Master Duel just purchase 3 copies of the Structure Deck Re-Contract Universe from the shop. The only cards you need to craft I believe are Utopic Onomatopoeia, Astral Kuriboh, Onomatopaira, Triple Tactics Talent, Dark Ruler No More, Infinite impermanence, Most of the Extra Deck. I hope these helped. It should be relatively easy to construct these deck on master duel if you play daily and it especially helps if you buy the 3 copies of the structure deck of the shop. Since that structure deck contains most of the cards you need.
