Love my Rokform. When we go to the lake I put it up on the metal posts on the dock for a dock day. Never have to worry about it getting wet or knocked off into the lake. It’s up out of the way and safe. Looking for other options for my new phone but I’m not sure I want anything else.
💪🏼 Gotta love rugged cases. I’m currently rocking the Otterbox Defender XT on my iPhone 14 Pro (you need to review this, it’s awesome this year). Other favorite cases of mine are the UAG Civilian with Magsafe and Supcase UB Pro. I don’t like slim cases like those ones from Pitaka or the brand from Unbox Therapy (don’t know the name, you know what I mean lol) at all. A case needs to protect in the best possible way. 👍🏼

What's the weight on the Rokform Rugged? That was the most interesting case for me. I had the Uag Monarch pro but its weak magsafe kinda killed it for me, also it was kinda annoying to hold.
Tech21 Evo Check is another case I love and have used since the iPhone 8 I think. It’s not rugged but it’s quite protective. My favorite feature of it is the interchangeable buttons and you still get the benefits of clear case without it being fully transparent because you can still see a little bit of the iPhone. Definitely check it out Tee.
Definitely an underrated case. It’s been my savior since the 12 came out.
What sold me was an detailed review a lady left saying her phone fell out during a roller coaster ride at a park and it surviving.
Rokform is definitely the best feeling case I have ever owned. One this is, it’s a bit of a pain to get off as it’s a hard case and hugs the phone.

I have the UAG pathfinder and like it. My only complaint is the case does not stick out very far past the camera. I haven’t tried the magnet yet but I have one on the way.
the Rokform cases are amazing for the front screen protection but in doing a drop test the case is n0ot always reliable when it comes to protecting that back glass also yes Rokform has some of the strongest magnets out there but the longevity of the magnets is left to be desired
My favorite rugged case is the Ringke Fusion-X black camo case, which offers military grade protection. I also like the textured look and feel of the back and even attached a black plastic MagSafe sticker to the back which blends in perfectly with the case.
Hey Technically Tee, I hope you review the dbrand and pitaka cases for the fold 4 when they release. All other cases have been disappointing and cheap feeling to me personally.

Does your Rokform work with the Nomad magsafe accessories? Mine do not seem to work with my rugged case.
For me my two favourite rugged cases are: Nomad Rugged Case and Moment Case.
The drop-in lens mount of the Moment Case makes it the most camera-protective case, better than other rugged cases.

Not really. Reason being some people like myself work around metal. I just got my 14pro and not sure how it’s going to work out but every other magnet I use at work is literally caked up with metal shavings and dust.

It has a better grip than the one for the IPhone 13 Pro Max. It seems slimmer as well

I just got this Unicorn Beetle case for my 15 Pro Max and it will only wirelessly charge for 1 minute (exactly) and then it loses connection. I tested multiple times with the same result. I then tried without the case directly to the phone and no issue (official Apple Charger). I contacted Supcase who is sending me a replacement case, but having a feeling I did not receive a defective case after all and that this case just can not charge wirelessly. If that is the case I wish Supcase would have been more forthcoming with the fact that this model is having issues rather than send me a 2nd case that ultimately is not going to work either. I will plan to follow-up here once I receive my replacement case. I really hope it works as I have been an OTTERBOX fan forever, but they abandoned the built in screen protector, which is what led me to this Supcase.

Where the spigen tough armor at though?
I consider these a little more rugged that the tough armor. That’s the most “rugged” Spigen case but overall these offer better protection.
There would be only one way to tell and that’s to do drop test and I don’t think we are willing to climb a ladder and drop them. I’m sure there are PLENTY of cases that could’ve been up here but from my experience with running cases, these are the ones that I feel comfortable getting a little rough with.

UAG cases have a soft back and scratches easily with magsafe chargers. In fact, i bought the UAG pathfinder for my 14PM and i had to return it because the camera lip was so small than the camera had no protection at all and the back was scratched in a couple of days using magsafe charger from Apple. Idk if this happen with the Monarch. At least the lip has been improved with this silver color.
