Turn four you could've gotten the battle tactic even with the double turn since you didn't chose the double turn. "Tactical Gambit" pg 231 in core book.

you totally forgot the regeneration of the troggoths. d3 after they fight (trogg herd) and d3 every turn (ability)

Hand of gork now requires the unit to finish teleporting wholly within 24 of the caster, think your shootas tp on your first turn was a tad out of 24 by the looks of the board. I could be wrong, just looked large
You can't score more then 6 from objectives on any mission. See the mission rules for this. Plus a battle tactic for 4. So a max score of 10 per round.
You don't get to choose bt if you choose to take. If you didn't(opponent gives or archaon roll) you get to pick bt,
Can't do seize center with reserve/teleport/summoned units. Basically anything set on board that turn
