- Decided to go back and redo the dynamic theme like including an extended version of the A rank segment and make better transitions in the song. Also a little something I did in after affects.

I remember watching a game journalsist review on DMC5 and they said that the game needs more dynamics in the music. What they didn't know is the music gets more intense and dynamic the higher your stylish rank is.

@@justsomenumpty I've saw something in the comment section before that might actually explain that review. Some people's dynamic music just... doesn't trigger for some reason. So they're stuck with low combo music.
As someone new to the series who started with 5, getting the S-Rank and actually keeping it going for more than a few seconds for the first time is a truly magical experience.
literally one of the most insane experiences in any game ever. i cannot express how hyped i was when the beat dropped and the vocals kept going

Nah, Nero is still pretty lame. He hasn't taken down any threats nearly as monstrous and horrific as Dante.
Alastor he beated vergil who is an equal to dante just saying
@@agssilv5919 but Vergil wasn't even trying to kill him. He didn't have malicious hate for Nero the way Mundus did for Dante. He wasn't in soul threatening danger. Not only that, Vergil was already winded from fighting Dante. This was just a little spat compared to fighting the Demon God of Hell.

I listen to this while doing a plank. The longer I stay, the higher rank I get :D Dmc's soundtrack is generally great for exercising, I love this game for supporting me.

I think it’s absolutely genius how the devs came up with a mechanic that tricks players in to giving away that they suck at their game if they complain about the music being lackluster
I think the point of the mechanic is to encourage people to want to get better on their own, thereby forming their own groove with the music and slaying demons.
But hey, if you wanna me negative about it that's cool too dude.

@@buffcat1898 they did! remember when you had a blue enemy show up, and that limited your moveset to a third, in a game that should be all about using your weapons and combos with as much variation as possible? it was great!
and those awesome long platform sequences where you double jump and grim gripped, then double jumped and grim gripped then jumble jumped and grim gripped again
and that devil trigger that was a screen clear instead of tranforming dante into a powered up version of himself, that was fun
@@shinluis the angel and demon move enemies were fine it just made you watch out for them when you combo other enemies, also if you broke shields you could use your other weapons on them they just didn't flinch. platforming sequences were pretty dumb but not terrible but I can't defend the devil trigger that was just a bad choice in a mechanic I'll give you that one.
Also virgil played like shit that dlc was not worth. other than that I thinks it's better than dmc 1, 2 and Nero in 4.
I freaking LOVE the way this game subtly incentivizes you to get better by giving you more of the song the higher your rank climbs.

One time I was doing Bloody Palace and managed to end the fight as soon as "pull my devil trigger" played, which ended the song right then, without the wind-down. it was a spectacular moment i will cherish for the rest of my life
Well, I actually liked the "C" part. This drum and bass keeps you in the consistent flow, letting you to stack combos up to the next ranks
After playing the demo, I've come to the conclusion that there is simply no better feeling than getting to S Rank and hearing "ALL THESE THOUGHTS RUNNING THROUGH MY HEAAAAD!!!!!!"

This is still the best DYNAMIC Theme in the Game.

The first time I scored SS with Nero I was like jesus that beat is so fuckin sick and then spent more than half of the game trying to reach SS again.

Nothing feels more badass in DMC5 (apart from playing as Vergil) than getting to S rank while getting a perfect Excel charge and lvl 3 launching enemies sky high just as the chorus flares

Gotta say, this is actually ingenious.
I always tend to be better at literally anything I do when the music's sick, because it just sorta just pushes you and is just straight-up more fun.
So whenever the full song unfurls not only are you already kicking ass, you're being acknowledged and wanna fuck shit up even more, which ties into the core style mechanic of the game.
Sound design was fucking on point here.
I like staying at D with Dante tbh. Just me vibing to the guitar

If you can time this right in game, you should activate devil trigger when the beat drops. Not only is it cool to hear Nero shout something at the top of his lungs but also the fact you can destroy demons at your max power while the beat drops is a instant turn on 😂.
