Awesome! When you see people like Torokhtiy or Rebeka perform in the sport they excel at, their technique, mental game and strength are so elite that you almost forget they're human. It's great to see more relaxed, casual moments like these.

после занятий и выступлений много лет пауерлифтингом ,год назад в 39 занялся тяжелой атлетикой и это просто супер.Так что никогда не поздно .Главное желание.Успехов.
some people are actually able to inspire themselves with this. i, on the other hand, am just amazed at incredible harsh nature of this sport. i always think this sport must be the fairest of all sports since it seem to require both physical talent and complete dedication in balance to succeed like no other. the champion of all individual sporting activities. of course if all of them are drug free.
the young lady here seemed superhuman. i hope i was fortunate enough to witness such a rare sight. let me thank you for showing that in advance.

She is a really cool girl, not many people understand the grit required to train 3 times a day. At least looks like the food is better, than it was in the Soviet times. If Koha trains with more intensity in the gym to strengthen her core and shoulder/upper body strength, I think she can get much better results. Her training with the cnj and snatch is great and filled with intensity.

Ей бы в "Толчке" ( во 2-втором упражнении) прибавить ( килограмм 10 кг) - к ее нынешнему-текущему Лучшему Результату ( до 135 кг хотя бы), и к Олимп Играм в Токио-2020 - она была бы Главной претенденткой на Олимп Золото Игр ( в 59 кг) и побила бы Тайваньского Лидера в этом весе. Очень кстати : Милая, очень Скромная, Симпатичная, Трудолюбивая ( и Упорная) девушка Ребека Коха !!!!!!

Потому это слово ( для некоторых) может иметь и несколько Иное : Не Тяжелоатлетическое ( и Пикантное) Значение...( Короче, Ребеке Коха, нужно толкать ( для победы в Токио-2020) не нынешние ее 124-125 кг, а хотя бы 133-135 кг)

Важка атлетика цікавий спорт. Шкода в Україні вона не розвивається. Навіть в Києві нереально знайти секцію.
Плохо искал! Походи в школы\вузы полюбому где-то да есть!
@@васятёркин-с1й Дзвонив в одну секцію. Так місця зайняті, тому відмовили. І як професія ВА ще існує, усе-таки це не австралійський футбол, яким в Україні не займешся, але для любителів секцій або дуже мало, або зовсім немає. Мені доприкладу вже 32 роки, і я думаю це є проблема, бо тренер хоче мати ту людину, яка потенційно піде на змагання. Та сама ситуація з багатьма видами спорту в Україні (гімнастика, легка атлетика). Останніми роками лише плавання і біг на довгі дистанції став доступним. Сам хотів займатись десятиборством, але навіть за наявності стадіону, інвентаря тебе до них не допустять, якщо ти не профспортсмен. Зупинився на спринті, але навіть з ним проблема, на весь Київ лише одна секція для людей, які не мають зобов'язання приймати участь у змаганнях, і яких не відбирають за віком та результатами.
Я навіть секцію з баскетболу не знайшов, або треба вже мати досвід гри, або бути дитиною, так тебе навіть за гроші ніхто тренувати не буде.
@@Юрій-б1х6ж хз может у тебя город маленький? И что за бред новичков всегда берут. Говорю же поездь поспрашивай в вузах\дюсш такие секции не афишируют себя в интернете и объявлениях просто и берут всех подряд по желанию им даже денег не надо. Тренера там держат залы не ради денег платят копейки на самом деле, а потому что они жизнь спорту посвятили))

В Латвии многие говорят по-русски. Родители Gvido Kohs и Ilvija Koha. Мало вероятно, что родители русскоговорящие, но общаясь с русскими друзями можно выучить, или тренер с детства научил.

Are these all just sponsored athletes paid to live life like this? Free food? Training? Massages? Food? Food? God I wish to death I was born in a different country that treated their athletes like this
During training periods yes, probably, but as much as their daily existence is subsidized, they don't receive much income to sustain a modern lifestyle in any first world country unless they reach stardom levels, and even then, one injury puts you out of a comp, you lose sponsors, and you're done, with limited employment history, likely no long term savings, etc.

No. Russian is their mutual language here. Since Latvia and Ukraine are both post-Soviet republics, the Russian language is still prevalent as L2.
