Cynthia, I will forever be indebted to you for teaching me to play ukulele. In just a few weeks I have learned enough to be able to play quietly for my Dad at his bedside as he departs this world. Thank you for bringing this bit of brightness to my family in hard times. You are a gift to the world.

I am semi-retired and 69 years old with essentially no background in music. However, I always loved music, and a month ago I decided to learn the ukulele. I was lucky enough to discover your tutorials on RUclips. I think you are a wonderful teacher with an intuitive ability to sense what your students need. I feel that with your help I have been progressing. If I may I would ask a little favor, can you teach us the song, "You Are My Sunshine"? That is a song I sing to my wife and our anniversary is soon, and I would like to sing it with my ukulele. Thank you, Marty

Cynthia, once again, thank you so much, you are a gifted teacher and a blessing to folks like me who’s lucky enough to come by you on youtube. I started your ukelele tutorial on the 3rd week of February, concentrated on your beginner lessons and patiently got the hang of strumming. I confess i had been to some other channels in search of my favorite songs and easy chords for it. Always i ran into fingerpicking which made me shy away from most of the songs i was looking for, until i realized that i have to learn it... fingerpicking. And so, im here on your channel again, and lo and behold, after a lot... and i mean A LOT, of fingerpicking tutorials that i watched, it was your tutorial, this tutorial that i understood. So thank you again cynthia, god bless, you and your family... aloha🤓
