It's sad that the spirituality of Yoga is confused with "Religion "
Yoga is a very inclusive practice, its about union with God.
I never felt closer to my soul and God until I started practising Yoga and Meditation.
And it is thanks to my Yoga practice that I am now coming back to my catholic faith and hopefully visit Medjugorjie next year.

Be very very careful with yoga. I would always advise against it. It opens portals. You're bowing down to false Gods and as we know the gods of the gentiles are demons.
