HOW do you 'Find' That Frequency??
As someone who has lost my entire family (most before the age of 15), many friends and a beautiful lover, I am so happy to see you were able to find the magic in all that has taken place. 🤗 I will say my NDE's were absolutely some of my most peaceful moments in this life, however they were also what made me put both feet on the ground on this planet to really live life in all the ways I want. You just opened the door! what's next?! 🤗🙂

Wow this was so needed for me as my big love in life and the love I felt for him was everything I ever wanted, it was heaven on earth. But he turned to fear after a while and choose control and negative emotions which destroyed me but today I see him as my biggest teacher for making me do this work and all I want for him is to heal and feel the love instead of the fear. Yes I like the Alchemist meditation too. I have moved away from family both parents passed away and EX boyfriends have fallen away.
I was doing a meditation blessing of the energy centres 1 and I felt the Grief alongside the love as I was tuning into my heart. The grief was for my Dad not being around physically I definitely know he is here spiritually and the energy doesn’t effect me because I feel him now. But, it reminds me of the love I had in the past and this is where I need to bridge the gap. Shift past the grief that doesn’t serve. Your story was inspirational and touched my heart and relate very strongly
I am relieved that the love feeling never dies because I blocked myself from feeling it a while ago and wanting to feel the real loving 🥰 ME again ❤

Thank you Ellarae (what a beautiful name by the way) for this testimonial ❤️ it changed a lot for me. I had this realization today that there are really just two states of being I experience in my life: living with an open heart and living with a closed heart. Today my heart is closed off because I had a challenging situation yesterday. I want to connect back to the open heart I had a few days ago in my meditation. Now I realized I only have to connect to the frequency of love. I had very early trauma, probably beginning in the womb. So the concept of "the love that we had" is not accessible. But I always had a profound love for God / spirit so I will just connect to my love for spirit. There is really nothing more I need to do. Thanks for making that clear to me. ❤️

I completely understand. True love is so powerful, when you lose a person that triggered that frequency it's a depression for life unless you find a way to wake up that within you. It's not chemistry, it's not physical, it's divine love that once tasted cannot be forgotten or replaced.

Lots of grief when we look for love in all the wrong places. Those places are shrouded in outside-in co-dependency and addiction. When we reach for higher identity and consciousness the grief evaporates and we’re left with only Love.
Amazing how I have more Love now for a man I was married to 23 years ago than I did at that time. And even more amazing is that I can shine unconditional rays his way.
We look for Love to fulfill purpose on Earth. Let’s invest in our internal Love account first and then be receptive to the partner that shares the same path and purpose. It’s never too late for him/her to show up and get to work-as in Love made visible. 💜
