got the same bike with an akra and love it but i find it pretty hard, adjusting doesnt help. if the street is shit i often drive stand-up to avoid the hits in the back, i think you might know. did you change any of the suspension / chassis cause im thinking about it? does it wheelie up just with the traction turned off? i regularly drive it in a and traction on 1. nice video btw! the sound you´re recording is awesome! take care driving and always make sure your driving the bike, not reverse :D
Suspension is not the strongest part of this bike.. To be honest, its crap. The true is, I am not sitting either standing 70% of time but something between. Since most of the weight has this bike in the rear its almost impossible to ride it fast and not fight with unwanted wheelies or jerky rear wheel. So dont sit on the seat when you want go fast :D Same when you ride dirt bike.. First thing I do when I start my bike is turning my TC off. Anyway it should let you even with TC1. @@praguebiker yea im getting used to stand-up driving like its aint a nakedbike, more a motocross :D what makes me wonder is, i drove a lot with the xsr700 before upgrading to the 900 and i didnt feel the bad street that much as with the 900 even despite the fact, that the 900 should have the better suspension.. and yes its fun to drive it fast, but beyond the 220kmh the front of the bike becomes shaky! loving it anyways
@@motomike8536 nice! the stock exhaust is more like a vacuum-cleaner and neutralizing the sound a lot. here in germany i have to enjoy the minor titanium version with db killers but anyways there are worlds in between the sound and after a few fast miles it sounds great
@@smashbrothers5387 tbh the carbon is super loud and the exhaust fumes with no cat are a bit irritating so.... I suppose that's what I get for liking that exhaust note so much and I live in Florida where we have no emissions requirements so I was like why not you only live once right? If I were to do it again I'd get the one you got tho :) and now I have separation anxiety from this wonderful machine I ride every day cause I sent my ECU out to get flashed for more power and better throttle maps. gonna put a quickshifter and some suspension on this thing and that's probably where the mods will stop.... maybe
ive got an arrow system on my mt09 currently, its decatted and i dont like how the bike behaves. it is due to the decat obviously so i feel i need a map badly. did your ecu flash make the bike alot more likeable in terms of throttle and handling etc.?
Well this cp3 wont be as smooth as other engines ever from my point of view. Anyway good flash is 80% solution plus you get power increase and other benefits. Also your air/fuel ratio usually get fixed which is usually necessary for any aftermarket part..
