Thanks bro! Not one person on youtube wired the way you did. Everyones tapping into the fuse box when theres no need. Thank you for the tips & the help!!!
Trying to keep it real and show how easy this can be, there is a time and place for the fuse box but this is something simple that makes the job easier.
This is my stock set up from the factory, 17” black rims wrapped in 33” falken wildpeak M/T. I currently run AEV borah beadlocks with Kendra kleaver R/Ts in 37s
Hi thanks for the video. Would you mind giving me some details on the actual wire connection under the fender. The yellow wire connects to a single or to both wires of the DRL and turning lights? And which kind of connector would I need.? Thanks in advance.
You will tap into the white wire with the brown strip for DRL only with a t-tap or in line tap any auto store sells them. Than tap into the white wire with the green stripe for your blinker the ground it uses is already built into the headlight itself. Hope that helps if you have other questions let me know.
I hate what these damn kiddie engineers have done to Jeep... Used to be that you provided power to the lights by way of the light switch (and maybe a relay) and that power would stay there as long as the switch was set... These day, you have a damn computer controlling things... You press a switch that tells the computer what you would like to do and the computer can decide whether to do it or to ignore your request... The computer can use the CANBUS to whether power should be sent to the lights... Dammit, I don't care what the CANBUS says, if I pressed the switch in the damn ON position, I want it to send power there, even if the bulb burns out... I can figure out if a bulb burns out with needing a computer to be monitoring it...

Thanks! I am installing some. You definitely helped me with wire colors!!
Nice good luck and I’m happy to help
Awesome video bro! So glad it can be done without tapping in to the fuse box. Where did you buy those led lightbulbs for your DRL?

How long did it take you to install?
