Mine does the same thing...the roku tries, it sees that the tablet is trying, I hit allow, it thinks about it then just goes back to homepage

Samsung stopped supporting smart view in 2020. Do you guys know how to Google info. Or do you need someone to do everything for you?

⁠@@RippSnortinman stfu if you ain’t got nothing helpful to say you really don’t need to say nothin, I got it to work by connecting my tv to my hotspot then I disconnected the hotspot and immediately did the screen mirror again and it found the tv and connected. Hope this helps someone!

Your phone is either super old and dosnt support it or you don't have it in your quick settings menu
