I'd have to ask if you can recall the first moments of your anxiety, and if you can in any way pinpoint specifically what was the root cause/s of it. Edit. Sorry I just got to that part of the video where you went into further detail. I'm a guy so this is just my perspective on how I was able to deal with anxiety. You can take or leave what I tell you with a grain of salt. I think you're in the right mindset to confront your issues head on. What I've seen and what I've been through is that when you hide from your problems your problems get bigger and get out of control. If you think you're a victim, you'll always be one, so it's extremely important that you see yourself as a fighter and not someone needing to be saved. The #1 thing above all else is that you believe you can do anything. That thinking will give you the confidence to confront your fears and not let it consume you. In a nutshell, I think you're on the right path to fixing the problem. I see life as a puzzle and that the solution there, but we can't always see it right away. Be patient, think it through, and remain confident that you can fix this problem. Best of luck.
