***Important Notes*** Ryu's QCB+HP (Hashogeki) is plus on block and allows you to continue attacking after using it! The Light version is safe on block but it wont allow you to attack right away.

Yeah hes in a really good spot right now. Hopefully he doesnt recieve any nerfs. I dont think he will honestly, and thank you for the nice feedback!
