Hello, is this also safe and useful for bed- ridden people, when they’re laying flat on the bed? I have a grandmother with a sacrum pressure ulcer that’s quite deep that her tail bone is almost visible. As well as left and right pressure ulcers, but those are not as deep. So, my family and I are trying to see how we can help and keep her from putting too much pressure on the sacrum spot, so it can hopefully heal.

I'm getting ready to do a four day in a row tattoo session six months ago I did a 3-day in a a row tattoo session by the second day it was very uncomfortable on my tailbone and no regular pillow helped at all... So I need something before my next session thank you
The notch in the back is for your tailbone (so sitting all the way back), but in general, it's for comfort, so it might take some adjusting to find the best spot for you (it's a little different for everyone).
You're welcome. I don't have any videos specifically for dislocations, but I do have some for instability. However, it you dislocated your arm, you should get cleared by a doctor before starting any treatment.
Hi Doctor Jo - I am recovering from a full knee replacement, and spending a lot of time on my couch. Do you recommend this to help with butt soreness? Or another r commendation? Can’t quite get to 90 degrees yet on the knee or hips, so more of a lying/slouching position. Thanks
I'm not really sure a cushion would help. I would recommend really trying not to spend so much time on the couch. Replacements are tough, and they require a lot of work to get them better. The longer you are staying in one spot, the more the possibility of it developing scar tissue. Even if it's setting a timer every 30-40 minutes and do 5-10 sit to stands or take a walk around the house should help.
Yogesh Banediya I was curious if you tried this after your surgery. I’ve had the same cyst removed before and had bad donuts. I have another cyst removal coming up and am hopeful to find one that works.

They do vary a lot. The ones with openings like this one should take the pressure off that area.

It might help, but it really depends on what is causing your pain. Groin pain can be a number of things.

I have been looking for an inflatable ring cushions that are good quality for an inflamed coccyx, can you please help me with that?
