Comments of how easy it would be to shoot tight groups with the rifle the guy shoots. Suggest you try it. Not as easy as it seems. Yes you will hit the target but trying to have 5 shots touching each other almost in the same hole is not so simple.
The one “gun” is a damn barreled action on a turret. Legitimately anyone can touch the trigger and get the same group as he could. As far as shooting an actual rifle that’s on your shoulder when your breathing and even heartbeat come into play then sure I agree with you.
Nonsense. Rifles that actually did help change the world like the Mauser 98, Springfield 03 and M1 Garand owe nothing to the sport of benchrest shooting. Same goes with the history of cartridges.
Sport? You got to be kidding. It takes little effort to shoot a rifle when you got one that weighs 30 pounds and recoils like a 22. What a joke. Make everyone buy or build a real rifle, you know like one that you can tote hunting too. Then call it a sport.
Can a 7.5" pistol AR be as accurate as a 20" AR at 100 yards? People keep saying shorter barrels are as accurate as longer ones but I have yet to see anyone use a short barrel in competition shooting. Ar these AR guys blowing smoke?
Barrel length only effects velocity. That's why you see alot of long barrels in comp they shoot faster witch means less compensation for drop at long distances.
short barrels also mean less distance from front to rear sight, so you can generally aim a pistol better that has a longer distance from front sight to rear sight - any variations are more obvious. Hence target pistol shooters may prefer a longer barrel for that reason, even if the flight of the projectile is just as consistent from a shorter barrel.
Yea when you got a rig that has no variables except wind and powder charge variance, a 3 year old could hit the same hole with a rig like what you have.
@@chaddewhirstfamily6899 but the problem is when you get into a real world situation and dont have the ability to set up a bipod, butt rest, and get on target at a thousand yards in a few seconds. Furthermore, have the skills to make the shot. Nice looking rifles. Put them in a real stock and learn to shoot long range the right way.

Ja Te, you are obviously a true hero! Each to his own, if you don't like BR or believe it is below you, then don't watch the videos and don't take part. PS And to answer your last question, at least I think it was a question which had no question mark, you obviously know everything! 😏
You need more than skill. The best of everything in equipment and then reload perfect ammo and then see how much skill and patience you require. You also need to read the conditions perfectly.

Do they have a special cannon class for the rifles with no stock ?

I can see that this is a really old post but where could I get me a funnel like the one in this vid for 6PPC?

You are correct. But it would be a hell of a lot harder if you added more human content and less machinery would it not.
If it wasn’t for benchrest we’d still be in the Stone Age as far as rifle accuracy is concerned. Benchrest is like NASA for rifle accuracy.
Nonsense. Rifles that actually did help change the world like the Mauser 98, Springfield 03 and M1 Garand owe nothing to the sport of benchrest shooting. Same goes with the history of cartridges.
