we now have an updated version of a giant combination modern forza critique with both this video and one on forza Horizon 5 all in one giant 3 hour video posted here for anyone interested! ruclips.net/video/rH6B9OMsr9E/видео.htmlsi=TEJ_cmLlhdX519I6
This thing had to be some serious development hell. The theory/rumor of it being an actual from the ground up project that got trashed and then ending up with a worse game made out of the last one in like a year or so, is very believable.
@@UltraViolet_Moses Despite you think that Polyphony Digital is greedy and have fake symphony mainly because of its microtransactions its just so bad I thought well why just give Gran Turismo 7 the crown by default its just so bad it makes Shift 2 look like Assetto Corsa. At least Polyphony put a lot effort at the the way it looks graphically and the customization and parts unlike the "reboot" Forza Motorsport.
No one is left at T10 that loves racing. At the very least, Polyphony digital is still run by a guy who absolutely loves cars and racing. He's even done his fair share of racing and was part of a podium finish for Nissan at a few 24hr of Nurbergring.
But does it ma GT7 a great game? With release day lack luster player campaign, the same tired chase the rabbit races,MTX, and lottery with prices including car parts. Do not get me wrong I have my fair share of issues with FM7, the campaign is nothing special, the fact that I lost anything from 30 minutes to 2h progress till a patch released month after release day is just something I simply hate, the grind like progression per car is terrible, they could do it per class or something that would make more sense. People are not playing the game to let the assists do it for them (basically something like b-spec mode). Why on earth we cannot game less gamified game. Sure add campaign but put selection of cars being there from the start, work on AI, have dynamic time of day with dynamic weather player can choose, have the proper training (when you tune the car), qualification (which defines position on the grid), and race. I’m obviously asking for too much.
Exactly. It feels like it's a team that is composed by artists, they are talented but it's seems like they don't enjoy cars or racing. When i play FH5, i don't understand why there're so much emphasis on fun, clothes and dances.
@mravg79 Other than qualifying races GT7 has all of what you mentioned at the bottom. The day/night and weather cycles are far more robust, realistic, and varied than anything FM23 offers. And other than the weird choice to base car prices on real world prices the races we have are about what every GT has had. People hate the Cafe menus but it's not like there was ever any structure before in the old games. They gave us the tracks and a big list of races and said have at it and people loved it. Pretty much what we got with GT7 with the added cafe menu for some sort of structure. The quality as a whole is also on another level. At least the game works. Half the time even after multiple patches FM doesn't work correctly most of the time.
@Luismafoo I don't care what fanboys and console war kids say. The reason our beloved games on Xbox have lost "passion" is due to the emphasis on gamepass. They want player retention, sub numbers, and download numbers high so MS keeps feeding the Xbox division. Not to say Sony and PS don't have their own set of issues but in different ways.
I simply do not believe this game has been in serious development for 5-6 years. Instead it feels like it’s only been in development for a year. And you can’t tell me that it doesn’t show.
I feel like most the dev time was probably spent on the game engine, but they ended up cutting so much of the new tech (that we saw in trailers) anyway because it probably didn't run well enough.
They said that the upgrade system is designed to build a relationship with your car. The problem is that the exact opposite is happening. In the course of a championship, you only manage to upgrade one car at most halfway through. After that, the car is completely useless as far as the career is concerned.
Even now, 4 months later, they still don't have a history tab. Some kind of relationship with your car, eh? In Horizon I can see how long I drove a car, how many miles, how many races, how much money I made, how many wins and how many podiums. In the game that "makes you care about your car" you see - nothing and are back to Horizon 3 style car selection ...
Thank you for the pin first time I’ve had it happen lmao it’s 3:36 and my brain thought of a funny during that segment. Great video by the way can’t wait to see the next!
That abbreviation only has revelence in RUclips. If it werent for asking on reddit, I would have no clue on what it stands for. But hey, i guess any strike against the game is good enough for metrics?
This was a weird thing to take issue with. At first, I thought… “colored people”? Because I used to watch Roy Wood Jr.’s segment “CP Time”, on Trevor Noah’s The Daily Show.
Another miserable part of the upgrade system is that despite the fact all of the parts for a car are unlocked at level 25 you aren't given enough Car Points. Meaning that you still need to grind out that car for even longer just to install more upgrades adding even more time to an already tedious process
@bitemyshite I do but it's hard to build cars to race with friends or leagues when it takes hours for each person to build up just one car. Racing AI definitely isn't an option since they're still broken. Besides I value my time. I'd rather not be made to waste it on grinding
@bitemyshite if you had any semblance of a brain, you'd realise 3 hours to upgrade 1 car is just unacceptable, thats 9 hours to upgrade 3 cars, I could do that in FH5 in 15 minutes. this upgrade system is a problem, trying to belittle people over having to deal with said problem makes you a shallow bottom-feeding waste of space
All right then, another 5 years for FM8 and we pretend this Forza Motorsport never happened! Turn10 knew what they were doing when they avoided calling this FM8. Thanks for this video Ultraviolet! All the time playing this game I keep thinking that this game was made without love. This FM is simply the manifestation of corporate this and corporate that without any passion for the game itself. The worst part is that the launch of this game emptied out the lobbies of FM7.
Fm8 will never happen unless they go through 7 more iterations of this game. This is a reboot of the series so in theory the next motorsport will be motorsport 2
How about the joy of winning 35,000 credits that never actually appear anywhere, or spinning backward into a tyre wall and receiving heavy front end damage. Or the game’s insistence that you race half the events in heavy rain and complete darkness despite some cars not having the option of wet tyres, but the choice of drag or drift when there’s no events that can use them 😂
I miss motorsport 2s menus, the skemorphic look and how pumped up for racing it makes you feel. Motorsport 4 felt refined and matured. Motorsport 8 feels like asphalt 8.
@Thomas_Foolery Really missed 3-4's menu style, everything feels so sophisticated and refined, and calm. It gave a feeling like you're sipping a cup of really nice coffee in a beautiful mansion away from city, without the game actually telling you you're in one.
@@serperior2264 I like the emphasis on had, the modern garage makes you feel boxed in, add to that how stale it looks compared to the second and original garage designs
It's so much better that it is on the PS5 only. the PS5 is cheaper than a video card for PC and it's a billion times more stable and windows RECALL won't spy on you. Plus it being on PS5, not PC, ensures it has far less if any cheating and a much more secure platform to enjoy gaming without endless patches, updates, and drivers wasting time on the PC. iRacing load times are a testament to how bad PC has become with the OS insanity. anything that touches microsoft ensures suffering. There are much better ways. If GT7 came out on Linux, that might be ok if you could avoid non PS5 players who are likely cheating, but could play with friends you know IRL and trust.
The most appalling thing is that THIS game in THAT state got the "Best sports/racing" award. You can only imagine the competition. This reflects very well the current state of the gaming industry.
I COULD be wrong, bear with me, but I have a feeling the majority if not all those votes came by people who only enjoy games in general, not by car-oriented gamers.
The thing that gets me about the career is not only the incredibly paltry offering of events, but they're REMOVING events that they added. They removed the events that gave the Acura Daytona Prototype racecar and the Audi R8 just to fuel FOMO and they'll do the same with the events for the 488 GTB and the Sesto Elemento. Instead of just moving them into the career mode and letting people play them. So they're making this content and then keeping the bare bones bullshit that's there. I just don't understand the reasoning behind it other than again FOMO and trying to keep Game Pass subs for it. And if that's the case, sacrificing a game's enjoyment that people can actually purchase and buy for some vain attempt to keep subscription numbers up, we have a major problem. And it isn't just the quality of Forza Motorsport. The rot goes all the way up to Phil Spencer and decisions that suits are making that are harming paying customers.
And i thought FM5 was the worst game in the franchise, but after playing FM8 and realizing the amount of problem it has, I went back to FM5 and tried to give it a second chance and it felt more of a true motorsport game then the new one. I hope to see A FM5 And 6 video from you; amazing vid :)
The only real problem with fm5 is it didn't have nearly as much content as fh4 but considering the new console generation and how much pressure Microsoft probably put on the devs to make it a very visually striking game its no wonder there wasn't much content so you can excuse fm5 for that
@@almightysamwhich4203 Yes the content felt pretty empty but comparing it to the New entry I think it does a better job at having the features a forza game should have, FM5 Is not a bad or a good game but it didn't felt out of place.
Mmm no. Fh5 used to work with my wheel with crashes.. now it doesnt even recognize my wheel. Motorsport worked with my wheel day one no problems. Already a better game
Thank you, UltraViolet, for solidifying my choice to not ever spend a dime on this game. I'm so happy that I wait for reviews before buying anything. Awesome critique!
🚗💨 UltraViolet, your critique of Forza Motorsport is spot on! Your insights into the game's strengths and weaknesses are both entertaining and informative. Kudos for addressing the concerns with a balanced perspective, making it clear why some players might be disappointed. The in-depth analysis truly sets your content apart!
@@serperior2264 I had high hopes ( A little) but they had some good concepts but poor execution starting with the upgrade system I thought was a good idea but I would put like to have exclusive level for manufacturer rare parts only for the best drivers and having a driver level as for the rest of the standard upgrades but I think they dropped the bomb on the bugs and glitches.
I imagine if any of the dev team saw this, they'd probably just disregard it and repeat everything they did previously and be surprised nobody liked it. I notice it across the board even with Gran Turismo which i love, and even then its like they hear the feedback and go "yeah we're not really interested in that"
People say dont hate on the devs for botchy releases but in this case the two head developers from the interviews and presentations shouting " Built from the Ground Up!" multiple times knew very well that it wasnt the case at all and went along with the marketing crap.
What I hate about newer games is that they lack soul or something to set it apart from the other games, back in 2011 when I played forza motorsport 4 alongside need for speed shift 2 and I think it was gran torisomo 6, each felt very different from each other and had something that would bring you to play them for different reasons especially shift 2 where it made you feel like an actual race driver and night racing was scary with the hud off
as some who loves video games as art, forza has a place in my love for medium. forza 4 was the first game I could be proud of. when this game was announced, I was about as exited for it as I was for prime 4(still waiting patiently for it. also unlike forza manure, prime 4 has gone through QA) I got a series X for it. (I don't regret getting it, I regret my reasons) but now with it out. I wanna cry this game is so bugs bunny it makes forza horizon 2 on the xbox 360 look polished. final note, this is by far your best written video. awesome job :)
The fact that I can call forza motorsport 4, a 12 year old racing game running on a 18 year old hardware better than the latest game in the franchise truly shows off the modern video game industry. Devs release a broken game at launch then they rely on updates in the near future. Call me a boomer but this is literally the reason why I like decade old games, because they were polished and made with a decent graphic but they only go for the looks.
Incredibly well said. Thank you for the time and energy you put into this. You have done the community a great service. As to the publisher, please do better. This isnt the Forza we have known to love and adore. This is unacceptable.
It is wild how many time the video cuts to another bit of gameplay and I think 'oh, they've cut to footage from an X360 era FM title' only to realise it's the current version. The visuals can look so washed out and flat it's crazy.
About the aerowash section. It's not even that it went too far down the track, it's that its way too intense and backwards. IRL when drafting the car behind will have less grip, if Forza the lead car loses grip when someone is drafting.
Great video mate. All very legitimate complaints and critiques that need to be put under the spotlight. As someone who has been playing Forza motorsport since the original in 2005, it's just sad to see how the game has seemingly gone from being developed by actual racing fans who loved the automobile to corporate suits who have never watched a motor race before. I hope people from turn 10 actually watch this video
The little shred of hope I had was dashed when they dangled the Dodge Demon and 488GTB as exciting series rewards worth waiting and grinding for as if they weren't in the previous game at launch.
FM4 was my introduction to the forza series, then followed quickly by horizon 2. And I realize now I will never experience a better forza experience than those 2 games
@@serperior2264and somehow they basically makes FM5 but with a grindier career and a little bit more graphics Yeah,so much for *-built from the ground up-*
Oh my god your so right, about time someone put turn 10 to the sword this might be my last Forza game and I’ve had them all, and still got them 3 copies of early games that supported triple screens. 6 years to produce this shit really REALLY come on guys.
I think it's telling of FM 2023's state that the most fun i've seen a content creator have in FM is AR12 doing a chaotic cat and mouse minigame. No other content creators videos i've seen have contained a great amount of genuine joy when playing this game, it's funny to me because I gave up on Forza after FH5's obvious switch to a live service model (paid DLC coming out every update, currently the amount of irl money needed to get all cars in FH5 is nearly 30% on top of premium edition) and frankly i don't believe Forza can make me come back. This game winning any awards is genuinely laughable, wholeheartedly believe the reviews for FM were bought, the current xbox store ratings show approval below 50% and mostly negative reviews on steam, idk what Forza is thinking but if this game doesn't get major content overhauls (FOR FREE) then the FM series will inevitably die
not only that but a lot of nicks vids showcase how broken the game is too, not even forzas top supporter can go without having this games bullshit ruin everything
The original Forza motorsport on-line racing had variety because you were able to host a multi player lobby. That lobby would be be listed. Players had the choice to go to race were they seem fit. If you were a host you had total control so you could pick the circuit make sure you had people with a mic , you could kick a player any time while they were in your lobby. This got rid of the dirty racers and promoted clean racing. So to be a host on the original game was a privilege. This created community and not too mention there were car clubs, with certain clubs making alliances. These alliances became friendships that some still hold to this day.The original game had a soul to it and each edition afterwards has lost more and more till there was nothing remaining but this unfinished installment of a game built from the ground up.
Having to change tires really ruins the flow of the races, and they wear way too fast. But pretty much everything about FM8 is a step down from all previous Forzas. What a dud.
Its bizarre how a series that at one point felt like was the only place to experience Road Atlanta (mostly because for a while on console it was) suddenly doesn't hav it along with 5 other tracks you mentioned (all of which ironically ended up in GT7...from Day 1...). And for immense irony: You know where Road Atlanta ended up in? In GT7. An experiment I'd like to see from someone who has this AND GT7 (Assuming said person exists): Let's say you want to recreate the specs of the real life MX-5 Cup sanctioned by IMSA (A sanctioning body who is ironically partnered with both series as specified in one of there state of the series address presentations). I'd like to see how long it takes to create, say, 6 cars from that series using the current year Mazda MX-5 (A car that should be cheap in both games). I would like to see just how big the gap is in grinding both games in their respective less-then-popular campaigns just to achieve this result between attaining a car, getting the parts and doing the tuning to make those 6 cars as close as possible to the real thing.
We have the veyron in the game now. They had 6 years to cook this game, play test it, and debug it. Players shouldn’t be the ones finding bugs and glitches for them when they had that long of a development period. It’s like they rushed something together for sales only and debugging was just an afterthought for update filler.
I have been a long time Forza player, especially since the very first Forza Motorsport game. And it is such a tragedy for how the new reboot FM came to be. A game that isn’t well polished and just straight up soulless. But I’m glad that there are people who are talking about the faults of the game to hopefully, just HOPEFULLY convince the developers to do so much better! But on the flip side it’s getting much more harder and time consuming to create a solid game with modern expectations in only in a small time period. However for a game that had 6 YEARS of development to turn out the way it is? It’s just straight up sad. Especially since we’re talking about a game series that I grew up with for goodness sakes!
This is a great companion video to Fastminer07's one yesterday- and you two are now my favorite racing game essay channels on this website. Well done on the video, and its such a shame Forza has fell off so bad from its throne
70 dollar product? In the eurozone this thing costs 90 euros ( you want the car pass, don't pretend otherwise ) with the most expensive version being 100 euros. I'd pay 10 euros max for this alpha test of a forza game. It's unplayable, I have uninstalled it.
I'm glad to live in an era where I can watch a 1-Hour long documentary of my racing videogame series such as when I watched documentaries of history or cultures on TV. That's RUclips. As for the video, I'm new to the Forza series, just enjoying FH5 for some months but it is sad to see how current gaming industry is right now, that even you compared it exactly with Pokemon SV, a series which I have experience and I can say, it is in the exact same position of decayal compared to their great era in terms of content and game experience but people do not care as long as it says "new Pokemon game", or like this case "a new Forza game" so big gaming companies just throw whathever they can to the customers without caring about getting better at all, because if you deep dive into Pokemon SV, it is pretty much just an update of Pokemon XY of Nintendo 3DS with the "Zelda / Genshin" open-world exploration added on top of it, and boy such buggy messes both games they are.... I feel bad for Forza series right now, because this does not gives me hopes of when the planned Forza Horizon 6 releases just as a bad copy and paste update of FH5 in another country.
I went to a friends house who has the game and asked to test drive a Porsche in the Nürburgring. I literally gave him the controller back after he said that "it wasn't in the game yet"
To think i was about to buy the 100$ ultimate edition for being a fan, but common sense struck on first, played it on gamepass at launch, deleted it after 5 hours of playtime, such a sad excuse of a racing game. Absolutely embarrasing.
It sucks when skepticism is proven true. Initially I was interested, but when they actually showed the game my interest died almost immediately. I wish things were different but 70 dollars is too much for a mid experience. There's no guts, no vibes here, it's so lame. Great video! Glad to see y'all cover it! Looking forward to the next!
Perfect video. Everything you said is on spot. I just tried gt7 for first time ever yesterday and I'm blown away. You can't compare these two, GT is miles ahead in every single aspect of the game.
Turn 10, IMO, is done for. This was a great video and honestly, I pretty much agree with all your points. This has been a distaer of a launch. I can't wait to find out exactly what happened in the last 6 or so years of development time!
Playing Forza 7 I used to say there is no way a Forza game can be this devoid of spirit and features compared to the older games... Boy I was wrong. Turn 10 really dropped the ball hard with this.
I downloaded nfs shift and shift 2 unleashed and they were the best fun I've had with racing games since driveclub. The sense of speed, the progression the car sounds, the tracks, everything is just perfect despite being so old. The handling does take time to get used to but its so much fun it's worth trying. As a person who is on playstation and didn't have a pc until last year, I used to look at forza and regret getting my ps4, seeing how much fun people were having with forza horizon 3. Now ? I'm sad I didn't get to experience the peak of the series.
I've also recently rediscovered the Shift games. I have to agree with you. The handling sometimes takes a bit of getting used to. But the progression is pretty good. No comparison to newer games. And the progression isn't even groundbreaking. The way it is in the Shift games, I would actually consider it to be the minimum. But my expectations are probably too high for modern times...
Thank you for an excellent summary of FMs problems. I supported FM7 for six years, but after the latest effort I will never buy a Turn 10 product again. Iseki and his devs should hang their heads in shame, especially over the complete lack of testing. They might fix some of the glitches, but I agree that this disaster could and should spell the end of the Forza franchise.
Lol, thats a good one. If making a dog water for a game was enough to put a company out of business then a lot more studios would have shut down over the past 15 years. Instead, Forza in its first week of release made over $4 million on Steam alone, not counting consoles or game pass. So no, I don't think this will change anything. In fact it will probably encourage them to do more of the same. Unfortunately.
This video completely nails everything I though about the new FM and while comparing it to GT7 on the head just perfectly. It's not a bad thing to compare this game to GT7, as they are the main competitors of each other and FM just feels soulless, devoid, feels unfinished, feels unpolished, describing it as "corporate" is purely perfect. It lacks a soul, this game was made because someone ordered it to be made and paid the devs, not because the devs wanted to make this out of passion or to make it as a love letter. And it fails in every way possible. Even to the most basic, downright technical perspective: functioning. Because the PC port is a plain joke that doesn't even function most of the time.
The bugs and glitches not ruining the experience on its own, rather making it just worse is unfortunately understatement for me (and probably many PC players) - I am currently unable to play 2 races in a row (sometimes not even one) without the race track and elements of it disappearing, fully ruining the experience. Yesterday I tried to get into GT series (of course with huge wait of 17 minutes till race start, because no other playlist was kicking off sooner), managed to get few laps in training, I decided to do qualifying laps and... well, track was disappearing what made me just exit the game and play something else. I'm just glad I have the game in Game Pass, otherwise I would regret buying it. I am also considering to buy all DLCs to the game, but only once all the game breaking bugs are fixed - might be some time. Great video, btw!
If someone told me a video game like this one, would come out today 15 years ago in such a state, I would've laughed at them, and yet here we are, another formerly beloved AAA franchise, as well as it's respective publisher, both of which that have totally capitulated their own credibility not only in the racing game market, but also for this medium as a whole. Forza Motorsport reeks of a product that was conceived by individuals who either lost, or didn't have a single moniker of interest for either the sport this video game is based on, or even gaming in general, and even despite the solid few games we've had all year long as of me writing this, this game once again, begs the question of how it feels to live long enough to see all your favorite media properties go down in flames, and I don't want to perpetuate this kind of negativity, but it's honestly very difficult to have any joy, for what is made by what I might as well label as a massive group of philistines, that contribute to almost no single constructive ideas they even bother to put on paper.
Gran Turismo has a lot of problems, but what I really like about it is it feels like they’re trying to develop the ultimate racing game. GT Sport was actually built from the ground up with incredibly detailed cars (that they’ll probably never have to remake) and a lot of completely original tracks. GT7 was just the next stepping stone in this development. Rather than removing cars/tracks from GTS to add them later, it copied and pasted everything and continued from there. They’re still adding and developing huge new features like VR, snow driving and the new GTSophy ai which looks like it will be amazing when fully implemented. GT7 won’t be this ‘ultimate racing game’ and it might not be GT8 either. This is a decades long project that they are clearly working towards. This is the concerning thing with Forza. As you said, it seems to be a corporate money maker. They don’t seem to be utilising their previous games to work towards a fully realised “ultimate racing game”.
Very valid critique, one small correction is when you said players have to buy multiple of the same car to have different set ups. You can go in the set up manager and save your tune and then change it for grip, speed, or changing class, and then save again. You could have one car set up for every class and change back and forth on the fly.
@burr7259 it has been since FM7 that it is faster and more stable to change car. Changing tune, lags, times out and/or crashes next to searching (If you have many saved tunes). It is easier, faster and more stable to have the same car with different paint and setup. Most tuners have more of the same car for exact this reason. Changing on the fly is often not possible and is risky for the game to crash. In multiplayer this happens a lot, like insanely often. So your comment is is not valid for 2 things. It is not on the fly and most PPL will be aware of the option to switch via setup manager. Because the more experienced player and or tuner will use the double car option. Most of them play FM since earlier titles and know the menu setup all to well. Hence WHY they do the double car option and NOT the setup manager option.
@@tyranus1111 Some have more experience hence why they do thing different... Setup manager in multiplayer crashes at least 10% of the times. If you have many saved tunes, it is faster to switch a car then to search you list of tunes. If you have a speed, all round, grip and wet tune and put it on 4 cars, you can change on the fly. Way faster and safer (Not to crash) then via the setup manager. In the time i switch cars you will not even be in the saved tunes list... Why is simple... A car is local storage, a saved tune is on cloud storage. So this from the ground up build game, has inherit this "problem" from FM7 and made it even worse by storing it in the cloud making it slower and less reliable.
This is what happens when you hire a bunch of one-year contract workers to make a game. They don't get invested in making the game .Didn't Microsoft learn this after Halo Infinite?
i was a child who grew up with an first gen 360 and playing fm4 with my dad/mom, i used to absolutely love everything about the game, the forzavista being narrated by clarkson, the singleplayer games, the introduction to new classes and etc. so i am totally biased when it comes to reviewing forza games, but i think that FM8 is great when you start to play for the first hours or so, because you dont pay attention to all the flaws it has, and youre blinded by the nostalgia of playing a brand new motorsport game after so much time, half of the things you mentioned on this video i didint even realized were there when i played it. but i tottaly agree on what you are saying now. comparing both FM4 and FM8, 12 years apart, it still feels that fm4, no matter if the graphics are much worse, or the physics are bad, it still has that one touch of life in it that i cannot explain. its more satisfying to play the game, replay it for hours and etc. although, i still have hope that the people in turn10 and microsoft aknowledged that this attempt of the whole "build from the ground up" stuff did not work at all, and try to cope better with gran turismo, that still has that one touch that i always feel in FM4.
Bravo. Thank you for making this video. I've nearly 3000h across FM5, 6 and 7, made so my friends on those games, spent countless afternoons and evenings racing with and against people, chatting in party chats, etc. etc. and it's so sad to see this is what this game has come to. I guess all good things come to an end, and I'm glad I dodged a bullet and didn't buy this game.
This game wound up winning 2 game awards. Over much more deserving games in their own categories. in case there was anyone under the delusion that the awards weren't bought and paid for.
FM8 genuinely and unquestionably earned the one for accessibility with the "Blind Driving Assists", but to give it "Racing/Sports Game of the Year" over Motorfest (which is a Game I actually dislike intensely over the Actual (as in the DSM-5 description of the word) Meltdown Inducing Levels of Sensory Overload within it's Presentation and it's far too frequent usage of Blasphemy and Profanity for my liking (I am Zero Tolerance on Blasphemy and extremely low Tolerance on Profanity, even having to call out "language!" like an annoyed Parent a Couple of Times on this Video...), but is, without question, also a highly polished (barring some issues with it's downright Elderly DX9\360\PS3 era Graphics Engine such as non functioning mirrors...) quality title from genuinely Passionate and Talented Developers!) was nothing short of a Paid Fix and an absolute Insult!
Been playing both Forza and GT since the first title releases. Both had questionable title releases over the years, but honestly, this latest Forza is just disgraceful IMO, and the developers have really lowered the bar. The latest Forza IMO just seems like an obvious cash grab.
Another glitch that is still here in sept 24’ is the Nissan 370z nismo cockpit view. The gauges are incredibly low res and not even functional. It’s glaring enough that I don’t even drive that car. Overall a spot on video, what a disappointing game.
There is a big and really depressing issue here: the big rival, Gran Turismo 7, is also in a massive (content) downgrade spiral since GT 4. Without a serious contender there's no incentive to get back on track to greatness. Why should they? In today's day and age they make massively more money with dlc than the game itself for a fraction of the costs. Back in the day they needed a great game as console seller but nowadays they can't produce enough consoles to even meet the demand. I wish there were a big light at the end of the tunnel but right now there's only a flickering coming from passionate Indie-devs.
It's rough. I remember the Endangered Species trailer and Where Dreams Are Driven motto of Forza Motorsport 4, how much I *adored* that game ... and now we're in 2023 wondering what the heck happened.
I can relate to the depressing feeling after a loss of save progress. On a few occasions, all of my save data on Forza Horizon 4 and 5 completely disappeared. After that, I didn’t really want to play any more of the Horizon games and looked forward to the latest Motorsport game as I enjoyed playing FM4 growing up. Luckily I saw reviews first and did not purchase FM8, as the trend in the industry right now is to release buggy unfinished games. Nowadays I mostly just play Assetto Corsa. There are few racing games like it and it scratches the sim racing itch for me.
I always thought that the racing community tends to be a bit too harsh on modern racing games, but Forza, in general, has to be the biggest exception. Since Motorsport 5, the ente Forza franchise has been built with and from lies and deception, and this... this game has to be the biggest insult in racing game history (maybe just behind Flat-out 3, but not by much). I hope this continues. I hope people complain about Forza when Horizon 6 comes out. But considering how easy to satisfy the Forza community is, I doubt it. And worst if it is set in Japan or something. As always, great video, man.
yeah if FH6 gets set in japan, a vast majority of the playerbase will infinitely sing its praises without seeing any of potential lows, even if its just a copy paste FH5
I think a really cool idea for a racing game campaign is one that takes you through the history of racing, let you race in popular series against Carrol Shelby or Dale Sr or Senna, make you start from the very beginning and work your way up to modern times
I've entered the world of Forza in the late days of Horizon 4, I missed most of what is considered to be the heydays of the series because when it peaked I wasn't able to afford the games or the hardware to run them, at times neither. I'm viewing Horizon 5 as little more than a weekly hobby sesh where I gather up some friends and we shred the playlist while laughing a bunch and taking epic shots together. For that purpose it's a great game. It delivers on what I need and it doesn't demand of me more than I can or am willing to put into a game right now. Why do I bring it up in a comment on a Motorsport critique? E-RAY. I managed to collect every single car in Horizon 5 so far. This might not be that big a deal, I acknowledge that, but it's a collection I enjoy caring for. Except for that Corvette E-Ray. I don't know whose idea it was to lock a car behind ANOTHER GAME, but I wish they would lose their job. I really do. This is just pure insult. I considered purchasing the game, the whole of it, not just the base game because if I'm gonna do this, I'm gonna commit, I'll enjoy the product on which I spent my hard-earned money, and we're talking 100USD here, that's serious money. I developed second thoughts on the matter when I was exposed to some early critiques from both players and journalists alike and so far I haven't done it. Looking at the state of it now, I can't even bring myself to purchase GamePass for a month just so I could boot this atrocity up for a long enough period to unlock the E-Ray in Horizon 5. The completionist in me screams in anger and despair at the thought of constantly being one car away from 100% from here on out, but there is no way I'm spending a dime on this mess. To me this is such an insult - putting an unachievable target in front of a player. Locking the last piece of the puzzle behind - not a challenge, not an achievement to complete, not a set of tasks, a boss battle, not even a damn Wheelspin, despite it being claimed as much when you try to get the car through the "car Collection" screen. Nothing of any kind of gaming-substance or sheer luck can get me this car because it is locked behind a 70-100$ PAYWALL. This is the level of disrespect I learned to expect from Gameloft and that sad excuse of a racing series call "Asphalt". And even they do better than Turn10 in this aspect because, however ridiculously difficult it may be to get to a car or upgrade by pure grinding, it is at least theoretically possible. There's nothing I can do to get my hands on that E-Ray other than outright buying it, and ONLY as part of another title, or through GamePass. It's not even available as a paid DLC for crying out loud! I've got Horizon 3, 4 and 5 in my Library and I know for a fact that T10 can do better than they currently do, and that's with my very lacking experience.
This critique is so well done and completely reflects my frustrations as a long term(and now former) forza fan. I still can’t believe how they took a franchise with so much potential and just completely ruined it.
glad you enjoyed!! its unfortunate to see the way forza has gone, maybe if they can be free of microsoft one day we can get passion projects like the days of old (like that'll ever happen)
Found another underrated RUclipsr. I usually don't watch videos this long, but I really liked the way you spoke and how precisely you discussed about all this flaws. +1 sub
Ive been a game pass subscriber for a long time now, we were told that game pass wouldnt result in games getting worse. I think its safe to say, there has been a massive degradation of first party studios! When the crap hits the fan with halo redfall and so on, xbox say "we hear you". They seem pretty quiet right now. Really disappointing.
I really think that there is a lot of room for a really good track racing game on the market. Literally all racing games that have come out in recent years have received quite poor reviews. The best one being GT7, but even that game suffers from a single player much worse than its predecessors...
After playing Forza 7 for a very long time, all I can say is this completely misses the mark and takes a million steps backwards. They ignored all the things their player base wants and took away everything that gives the game its identity.
And that's the crux of the matter. I am absolutely convinced by now that they don't care about the quality of the games. They just want subscribers for their Game Pass. The better games in the subscription don't come from Microsoft...
My second comment here, with more thoughts about this game. Somehow, I think there were a bunch of people trying to convince themselves that this game was actually good (me included). But sooner or later, they ended up realising the mess this game is, or just stopped playing. For example: since the Spec II Update for GT7, SuperGT has focused on Gran Turismo 7 again and hasn't published any other Forza video (even tho, I think he's probably making a "shameful rammers" video...who knows). And I've played Forza Horizon 4 and Hi Fi Rush a few days ago via GamePass in Series S. People can have their issues with Horizon 4 (even I have some), but at least that game had a little bit of passion on it, and despite being launched 5 years ago, it still looks way better than the "Built from the ground up" Forza Motorsport. Hi Fi Rush on the other hand, is just art, something that Motorsport completely lacks. And it's the proof that not every GamePass game have to be live service to be a great game. Edit: One thing that I didn't say, but I wanted to say: Gaming Community. (And let me get this really clear: I DID NOT PLAY GT7, and I'm not trying to defend GT7's mistakes, but to make a comparison on how GT7 was criticized with how Forza was criticized) When Gran Turismo 7 announced DRM for the Singleplayer, the players were really angry about that (and rightfully so). However, when Forza Motorsport did the same, I saw complaints, but not as much as the ones with GT7. Gran Turismo 7 has microtransactions, and the game was crucified for that (again, rightfully so) But Forza has a paid DLC of cars, and the people (mostly) didn't complain. Gran Turismo 7 can appear in Tops of Worst/Disappointing Games of 2022 But Forza Motorsport almost doesn't even appear in Worst/Disappointing Games of 2023 tops Gran Turismo 7 was constantly compared with FH5 and even FM7 by some reviewers, yet Forza Motorsport isn't even compared to its previous entry. Forza Horizon has drew an image of the Forza franchise (both Horizon and Motorsport) that only the Forza fans and racing games fans really know. For the reviewers and critics, if it's called "Forza", then it's probably good.
The quality on this video is absolutely amazing and I even laughed with the jokes and or sarcasm scattered throughout the video. Its really informative too. You got another subscriber! Cant wait to see what content you have in store!
I didn't play too many games in 2023, but what I did play, it was a good time. Played Dead Space Remake, my GOTY. Played Mortal Kombat 1, I really enjoyed the vibe and Kombat of that game, and then, Forza... This Forza is probably one of the worst racing games I've played alongside: Gran Turismo 5 (even if it's itself a good game) F1 2014 Asphalt 9 Legends Shift 2 Unleashed. However, of those 4 I can at least say good things even if they're disappointing. GT5 was still a Gran Turismo game with the franchise's vibe and an evolution from GT4 (even if for me, it's the worst one alongside Gran Turismo 1) F1 2014 still had the vibe that F1 2012 and 2013 had even if it was (way) worse . Asphalt 9 had amazing graphics for a mobile game and a nice soundtrack. Shift 2 had an epic vibe, soundtrack and a solid campaign. Forza Motorsport has nothing that can make it unique. Sure, the handling it's decent, the car selection is ok at best. But the rest of it it's just completely soulless. And it's baffling to me when I hear or read that "the game looks amazing". I'm always like: "what?!!!" I can assure that Criterion's Need for Speed Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted look MUCH better on the PS3, and they didn't need Ray Tracing, 4K or say the games were "Built from the ground up" to make the games look and play really good. I'm more of a Gran Turismo boi (even if I didn't play 7 and Sport), but I was curious to play the new Forza for, you know, experience something new. But man, this was simply bad. The worst part is, Forza Motorsport is nominated to the best racing game in the Game Awards this 2023, and no matter what we do, it will win just because it's called "Forza". Simply pathetic. If there's people who enjoyed this ""game"", I can only envy you. I just couldn't. Edit: As I expected, Forza Motorsport won the Racing Game of the Year Award. We still deserve that the last "good" Forza overall is Forza Horizon 4
I was extremely excited for this game and played it the minute of launch on Oct 10th. Immediately noticed the strange washed out look to the game, the poor graphics even on ultra, and the insanely awful understeer. I've been playing since FM4 and I've never been a fan of multiplayer or campaign and have always mostly stuck to free play and have loved it in FM4, FM6, and FM7, so that's what I tried first and almost immediately I found myself not enjoying it at all for some reason. I decided to give it a few more day to see if I would end up liking it, and I didn't, so I re-installed FM7 on my PC and have been playing it since Oct 13th without missing FM8.
Ok, what does "CP" refers to besides "Car Points"? I've done a little search on Google and Cerebral Palsy doesn't make any sense for him not being able to say it out loud. I remember when "PP" was introduced in Gran Turismo and people couldn't hold their laughs...
There's probably a book of many volumes ready to be written about Microsoft Studios post-360. There was a time when I thought Turn 10 were dependable, if a little too eager to crank the games out. They had a feel to them that Gran Turismo took many years to match. As a strictly solo player, I look at how the campaign is designed and shrug my shoulders. I want a world of cars to explore. Not to be tied to the same mundane vehicles for hours at a time.
we now have an updated version of a giant combination modern forza critique with both this video and one on forza Horizon 5 all in one giant 3 hour video posted here for anyone interested! ruclips.net/video/rH6B9OMsr9E/видео.htmlsi=TEJ_cmLlhdX519I6
This thing had to be some serious development hell.
The theory/rumor of it being an actual from the ground up project that got trashed and then ending up with a worse game made out of the last one in like a year or so, is very believable.
That’s what I believe happened, absolute nightmare behind the scenes
This has to be the case, I refuse to believe that a game that has been in development for 6 years would be released in this state after that long
Somebody better ring up Matt McMuscles to do a Wha Happun? on this game
@@KurumaDesigns I don't refuse to believe it. It is just possible that the studio is just run by incompetent morons, like the Halo studio is/was.
He's even done his fair share of racing and was part of a podium finish for Nissan at a few 24hr of Nurbergring.
seems like it
But does it ma GT7 a great game?
@mravg79
Other than qualifying races GT7 has all of what you mentioned at the bottom.
And you can’t tell me that it doesn’t show.
what were they cooking for over half a decade?!?!?!??!?!?!?!

i have an odd feeling that a vista dev reset moment happened midway through development
They said that the upgrade system is designed to build a relationship with your car. The problem is that the exact opposite is happening. In the course of a championship, you only manage to upgrade one car at most halfway through. After that, the car is completely useless as far as the career is concerned.
a bit of a silly oversight
@@serperior2264little bit of an oopsie occured
Even now, 4 months later, they still don't have a history tab. Some kind of relationship with your car, eh? In the game that "makes you care about your car" you see - nothing and are back to Horizon 3 style car selection ...
I loved NFS shift 2 unleashed progress where you could get a road car and make is gt3 car... That is something i want i next racing games like GT8

I still don't get it
I found a bug that stopped me reporting a bug, but I couldn't report the bug because of the bug reporting bugs.
thats crazyyyyyy
T10 : hahah that's the neat part, you don't get to report this bug!!
Is it still bugging you?
Another miserable part of the upgrade system is that despite the fact all of the parts for a car are unlocked at level 25 you aren't given enough Car Points. Meaning that you still need to grind out that car for even longer just to install more upgrades adding even more time to an already tedious process
yeah, forgot to mention that
Just drive your car made, set some lap times ffs
@bitemyshite You probably don't get it because you play by your lonesome
Or the game’s insistence that you race half the events in heavy rain and complete darkness despite some cars not having the option of wet tyres, but the choice of drag or drift when there’s no events that can use them 😂
theres too many problems the video would be 4x the length if we went over all of them
I miss motorsport 2s menus, the skemorphic look and how pumped up for racing it makes you feel. Motorsport 4 felt refined and matured. Motorsport 8 feels like asphalt 8.
thats doing a disservice to asphalt 8, at least that game had a nice garage
@Thomas_Foolery Really missed 3-4's menu style, everything feels so sophisticated and refined, and calm. It gave a feeling like you're sipping a cup of really nice coffee in a beautiful mansion away from city, without the game actually telling you you're in one.
the rarity system was and is the best.
@@apophisstr6719 really miss 3 and 4 full stop.
@@serperior2264 I like the emphasis on had, the modern garage makes you feel boxed in, add to that how stale it looks compared to the second and original garage designs
My only issue with Forza is that GT7 isn't released on Steam.
what are the odds Sonys grubby greedy hands wouldn’t mess up GT7 on Steam as well
It's so much better that it is on the PS5 only. the PS5 is cheaper than a video card for PC and it's a billion times more stable and windows RECALL won't spy on you.

I don't think they deserve that award at all.
Award shows are just the industry giving itself awards-- completely meaningless
GT7 seems pretty amazing tbh
I COULD be wrong, bear with me, but I have a feeling the majority if not all those votes came by people who only enjoy games in general, not by car-oriented gamers.
The awards are all payed
The Bethesda acquisition or whatever isn’t paying off either with Starfield being outdated. MS being M$ as usual.

The fact that I can call forza motorsport 4, a 12 year old racing game running on a 18 year old hardware better than the latest game in the franchise truly shows off the modern video game industry.
I am said person that exists.
We have the veyron in the game now. They had 6 years to cook this game, play test it, and debug it. Players shouldn’t be the ones finding bugs and glitches for them when they had that long of a development period. It’s like they rushed something together for sales only and debugging was just an afterthought for update filler.
we seriously live in the timeline where forza is that
The fact that this fucking game is what won the sports/racing game category in the game awards instead of literally any other choice is baffling.
I wish we could convince the devs too!!!!! is what I would say if they didnt stop deleting uploads of our vids to their forums
Yes it’s a shame. I would love a response from the developers to explain how this actually occurred it’s so bad
29:47 Why curiosity, Why 💀 I wasn't aware of the meaning of this
This is a great companion video to Fastminer07's one yesterday- and you two are now my favorite racing game essay channels on this website. Well done on the video, and its such a shame Forza has fell off so bad from its throne
thank you so much!!!!
70 dollar product? In the eurozone this thing costs 90 euros ( you want the car pass, don't pretend otherwise ) with the most expensive version being 100 euros. I'd pay 10 euros max for this alpha test of a forza game. It's unplayable, I have uninstalled it.
don't blame you at all, this product is truly an embarrassment
Nurburgring is the Ultimate Driving Challenge. My first and only mission, when starting GT7, was to gain access to the Nurburgring 😊😊
To think i was about to buy the 100$ ultimate edition for being a fan, but common sense struck on first, played it on gamepass at launch, deleted it after 5 hours of playtime, such a sad excuse of a racing game.
Absolutely embarrasing.
glad you managed to dodge a bullet on that one
It sucks when skepticism is proven true. Initially I was interested, but when they actually showed the game my interest died almost immediately.
I wish things were different but 70 dollars is too much for a mid experience. There's no guts, no vibes here, it's so lame.
Great video! Glad to see y'all cover it! Looking forward to the next!
thank you so much!!!!
Perfect video. Everything you said is on spot. I just tried gt7 for first time ever yesterday and I'm blown away. You can't compare these two, GT is miles ahead in every single aspect of the game.

@InclinaProduction cope harder, Forza Motorsport is trash.
Turn 10, IMO, is done for. This was a great video and honestly, I pretty much agree with all your points. This has been a distaer of a launch. I can't wait to find out exactly what happened in the last 6 or so years of development time!
I agree 100%
@@benn87 yeaa, I have too much fun just setting lap times around the nurburgring with a pahani Zonda r and seeing how fast I can get it
Thank you for an excellent summary of FMs problems.
Great video, btw!
thank you so much!! sorry to hear about the game was just straight up unplayable for you, I cant even imagine how this shlock was optimised on PC
Forza Motorsport reeks of a product that was conceived by individuals who either lost, or didn't have a single moniker of interest for either the sport this video game is based on, or even gaming in general, and even despite the solid few games we've had all year long as of me writing this, this game once again, begs the question of how it feels to live long enough to see all your favorite media properties go down in flames, and I don't want to perpetuate this kind of negativity, but it's honestly very difficult to have any joy, for what is made by what I might as well label as a massive group of philistines, that contribute to almost no single constructive ideas they even bother to put on paper.
agreed
hi fskull!!!!

Some people dont explore menus very much do they?
So this from the ground up build game, has inherit this "problem" from FM7
and made it even worse by storing it in the cloud making it slower and less reliable.
@@ACR_BOX I could see that being quicker, if you didn’t have to level both cars to level 50 to max out their parts.
@@burr7259 Level up sucks, on the other hand it takes not that long and the convivence of it is worth it. (To me)
GT7 has it's problems but seeing the broken down cement truck that is Forza Motorsport gives me perspective that Polyphony isn't so bad.
I guess all good things come to an end, and I'm glad I dodged a bullet and didn't buy this game.
glad you enjoyed it!
This game wound up winning 2 game awards. Over much more deserving games in their own categories.
in case there was anyone under the delusion that the awards weren't bought and paid for.
hopefully not
FM8 genuinely and unquestionably earned the one for accessibility with the "Blind Driving Assists", but to give it "Racing/Sports Game of the Year" over Motorfest (which is a Game I actually dislike intensely over the Actual (as in the DSM-5 description of the word) Meltdown Inducing Levels of Sensory Overload within it's Presentation and it's far too frequent usage of Blasphemy and Profanity for my liking (I am Zero Tolerance on Blasphemy and extremely low Tolerance on Profanity, even having to call out "language!" like an annoyed Parent a Couple of Times on this Video...), but is, without question, also a highly polished (barring some issues with it's downright Elderly DX9\360\PS3 era Graphics Engine such as non functioning mirrors...) quality title from genuinely Passionate and Talented Developers!) was nothing short of a Paid Fix and an absolute Insult!
Been playing both Forza and GT since the first title releases. Both had questionable title releases over the years, but honestly, this latest Forza is just disgraceful IMO, and the developers have really lowered the bar. The latest Forza IMO just seems like an obvious cash grab.
28:20 they need to remove off track penalties from pratice laps. its about pushing to see how far you can go while practicing.
Another glitch that is still here in sept 24’ is the Nissan 370z nismo cockpit view. The gauges are incredibly low res and not even functional. It’s glaring enough that I don’t even drive that car. Overall a spot on video, what a disappointing game.
You are 100% correct. It's not too late for them to turn this game around I'm hopeful that they listen to the feedback of the community.
considering they delete our videos on their forum pages, uuuuuh, doesnt look like it
They never have and they won’t start now
This has definitely been a long time coming and a pleasent surprise Awesome work on the review as always
thank you so much!!!!
Well said. I hope Turn10 and Forza take note. I long for the day Forza is the pride of Xbox racing games, like it perhaps once was.
the 2010 to 2016 era was my personal favourite
50:17 Those trees were clearly "built from the ground up"😁
lol!!!!!
@serperior2264 and worst. It might even be worse than Fh5.
Such a situation will just proof how terrible the racing community is.
@@Otherface it sure will, only time will tell if this comes to pass or not
I think a really cool idea for a racing game campaign is one that takes you through the history of racing, let you race in popular series against Carrol Shelby or Dale Sr or Senna, make you start from the very beginning and work your way up to modern times
I think Sega GT 2002 does a similar thing if I'm not wrong
NFS Porsche Unleshead Do it in 2000 for ps1
23:06 this happens in portuguese as well btw, and it is both on the Subaru and the Mustang, they somehow put the audio file on the wrong cars
What.A.Critique,I was expecting high and you guys just crush it
You guys are absolute legends 💪🏻💪🏻
Unlike *-build from the ground up-*
thank you!!!
I feel like an idiot for buying the ultimate edition instead of using game pass
same honestly
You shouldn’t feel bad for supporting and heavily investing in the industry, they should feel bad for ripping us off.

Awesome! Thank you!
The people who defend the older car models in this game likely gave GT5 crap for the same thing, despite that game having over 1000 cars.
nobody did that stop making fake scenarios 😭🙏
Ive been a game pass subscriber for a long time now, we were told that game pass wouldnt result in games getting worse. I think its safe to say, there has been a massive degradation of first party studios! When the crap hits the fan with halo redfall and so on, xbox say "we hear you". They seem pretty quiet right now. Really disappointing.
they really said that???? goodness cant be truthful about anything can they?
I really think that there is a lot of room for a really good track racing game on the market. Literally all racing games that have come out in recent years have received quite poor reviews. The best one being GT7, but even that game suffers from a single player much worse than its predecessors...
yeah seriously, this is the only one on xbox, and its of this quality, its a shame really
What's silly is Turn 10 Studios acts like they released a finished and flawless game and are proud of it 😆
exactly!!!!!
After playing Forza 7 for a very long time, all I can say is this completely misses the mark and takes a million steps backwards. They ignored all the things their player base wants and took away everything that gives the game its identity.
Forza Motorsports won Best Sports/Racing game in the game awards. We don't deserve nice things.
shows how much money can influence
You got one thing wrong, they don't want you to buy the game, they want you to subscribe to GP. 😄
And that's the crux of the matter. I am absolutely convinced by now that they don't care about the quality of the games. They just want subscribers for their Game Pass. The better games in the subscription don't come from Microsoft...
Well done. RIP Forza
thank you!
(And let me get this really clear: I DID NOT PLAY GT7, and I'm not trying to defend GT7's mistakes, but to make a comparison on how GT7 was criticized with how Forza was criticized)
When Gran Turismo 7 announced DRM for the Singleplayer, the players were really angry about that (and rightfully so).
However, when Forza Motorsport did the same, I saw complaints, but not as much as the ones with GT7.
Gran Turismo 7 has microtransactions, and the game was crucified for that (again, rightfully so)
But Forza has a paid DLC of cars, and the people (mostly) didn't complain.
Gran Turismo 7 can appear in Tops of Worst/Disappointing Games of 2022
But Forza Motorsport almost doesn't even appear in Worst/Disappointing Games of 2023 tops
Gran Turismo 7 was constantly compared with FH5 and even FM7 by some reviewers, yet Forza Motorsport isn't even compared to its previous entry.
Hey thank you! happy to have you here
I didn't play too many games in 2023, but what I did play, it was a good time.
Played Dead Space Remake, my GOTY. Played Mortal Kombat 1, I really enjoyed the vibe and Kombat of that game, and then, Forza...
This Forza is probably one of the worst racing games I've played alongside:
Gran Turismo 5 (even if it's itself a good game)
F1 2014
Asphalt 9 Legends
Shift 2 Unleashed.
However, of those 4 I can at least say good things even if they're disappointing.
GT5 was still a Gran Turismo game with the franchise's vibe and an evolution from GT4 (even if for me, it's the worst one alongside Gran Turismo 1)
F1 2014 still had the vibe that F1 2012 and 2013 had even if it was (way) worse .
I'm always like: "what?!!!"
I can assure that Criterion's Need for Speed Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted look MUCH better on the PS3, and they didn't need Ray Tracing, 4K or say the games were "Built from the ground up" to make the games look and play really good.
We still deserve that the last "good" Forza overall is Forza Horizon 4
thank you for sharing!!
Forza Motorsport 4 will always be god tier
I'm glad I didn't waste $100+AUD for Motorsport 8
indeed!
Weird how a decent race sim has no upgrades and no campaign and is still fun years later.
