u should try a rondo mix its basically a fiber glass resin and body filler mix u brush that on and sand it off. that's what I do when making trunk pods and center consoles

You can thin your Bondo with fiberglass resin it goes farther

Please people, use a premium filler like Rage or Upol. It'll cut your sanding down in half if not more. You can start knocking it down almost immediately. Sands like butter & won't gunk up your sandpaper. Last thing you want to do is use actual Bondo, as in the name brand Bondo.
