I think I used the word "building" in the title because of Simon's reference to the trust building journey and tying that into the second have of the video elements with committed leadership. In a couple weeks we will upload another batch of Simon interviews from the Year 5 documentary interview we did with him last year. While I found this to be valuable, the title is a misnomer. It's more about why trust is important, not about building it.
