This guy is so inspiring, he has overcome doubt of people who thought just because of his hands he couldn't do things like other people, where as he really blew past everyone else and really set the bar.
Don’t let him fool ya, they went home because they ran out of minnows! There’s thousands of bait fish one foot from them the whole night and those are EXACTLY what the fish are eating on a daily basis
do not feel dry for him he doesn't feel dry for himself he is an inspiration to us all mad respect sir would love to go fishing with u anytime u are a role model and a hero I look up to you now thanks for being an awesome human being and for the kick as$ vid
I see a lot of rude, offensive people leaving responses about this gentleman that has learned how to live with this disability. im ashamed for you fucking idiots. Sir I hope you don't read these awful comments but if so most of us are very supportive of you! these Fucking idiots were raised wrong. my respects
i have lots of respect for you you still try your hardest but its probly hard for you because of your hands i respect that. 0-100 i have 100000 respect for you thanks for making this video
I made myself a green led underwater light for salt water. It puts out 7k lumens. This light attracts more then just fish in salt water. My light is a must if you want great fishing at night. I swear by these tactics.
props to the guy with the hand disability.... learn to do what you love no matter how you do it. like my bud we call Wheelz, he has no legs, lost a soccer career due to meningitis bit he still stands
Because shad are really hard to keep alive in a bait well or bucket (threadfin) Minnows are hardier and stay alive much longer. Otherwise your right, shad is a natural forage for Crappie. Ever see crappie suspended under a bait ball on your sonar? That bait ball in the middle of the lake is shad obviously =)
Jesse Arnold you are absolutely correct. I've used them for bait and they work very well. But they don't keep well and you need the right size for crappie.
Plankton reflect green light. I think NASA is messing around with light somehow and can make plants absorb green light, but if it's not a space plant, red and blue are the way to go. Or is reflecting the light the goal? To make them more visible to the predators? I think you need red and blue light to attract them, and green light to make them visible if that's the case.
Joseph Torres it’s best for minnows we fish with lights and when we run out of minnows we go to jigs but it doesn’t work nearly as good I recommend just spending a couple of bucks on some minnows and you will really pleased this tactic works amazing we catch about 20 crappie about every hour
Got these thinking they were the slightly larger Panfish floats ruclips.net/user/postUgkx_rJB7cli5f1ofPVGgn80S7Yj4vqwq0gU they work just fine. The smaller size lets me carry more in my tackle box, and the 3 color choices are nice for different lighting conditions, backgrounds, etc. They aren't the most durable things in the world. But, as cheap as they are, it's not heartbreaking to lose one or have to replace a worn one. The price on these fluctuates wildly, from about $9 to almost $16. So, time your buy accordingly.
Did you know that the solubility of oxygen in water is inversely proportional to the temperature of the water? Colder water dissolves more oxygen, which is why there are many bloodless fish in arctic regions.
Vivian Tristesse I did not know the math, but knew that there was less o2 in hot water. So what is the best way to apply this? Is it simply to fish the thermocline?
Baker Vinci I’m no fisherman but I have noticed that on hot or sunny days, the fish tend to be at the bottom of the lake. On overcast days, fishing from the shore seems to be more successful (with a beginner setup at least)
Patriot Catfishers of AMERICA. Yes it is a interesting the way it works the light draws in bait Fish and the game and a consecration of fish attracts bigger and bigger fish.
+deeann pookie Only mooring buoys, which are white with a blue band 3/4ths of the way up, can be tied on. Anything else is illegal under the "Obstructing Navigation" section of the Oklahoma fishing codes. www.boat-ed.com/assets/pdf/handbook/ok_handbook_entire.pdf
light fishing is illegal in canada. some places even ban lures with lights. I had some deep divers that had flashing lights in them, and i had to always check the guide at every lake to see if they were allowed.
yeah lol unbelievable this is legal anywhere, but then again the states are full of lakes that are essentially infested with crappie, bass and perch....and really, in many cases they are invasive fish. ruined lakes, essentially. in that sense.. who cares.. might as well catch as many as you can
Sand bass are not the same as white perch. A sand bass is another name for a white bass (Morone chrysops). White perch (Morone Americana) are actually a member of the temperate bass family, so it visually has many similarities to a white bass, but they are not the same thing.
It is illegal to tie to any type of navigation bouy (no wake, hazard, docking bouy). I understand it makes things easier as far as an anchor goes but that's a safety hazard and a guaranteed ticket from the game warden. Nice fish though dangggg
How to deplete the fishing stocks,,,’ we keep a cooler full’,,, no reason for this, OK has no bag limit? 25 per person would be plenty.. Good video though, thanks for sharing...
The leader has zero stretch to it ruclips.net/user/postUgkxOnWw4BwVtrW450xWozo3OpVX4931NDw5 which is expected from a wire leader. Can’t test the quality of all the snaps yet but packaging was nice and neat and I couldn’t get anything to happen when I pulled on it.
Explain that to guys that win most of the crappie master events. You won’t understand spider rigging until you do it. “It” is much harder than you might think, but it’s an excellent way to figure depth and correct color. I have livescope and will still spider rig. It’s just another method.
you are a real piece of shit, here is someone who has overcome their disability, and is still able to be very proficient at a sport that is basically completely dependent on hand and arm dexterity, be grateful for what you have, I admire this man for doing what he does with the barriers he has. Having a physical disability complicates life significantly, someday when you decide to grow up and have a different outlook on these things maybe you will understand, until then I feel sorry for you.
Sport-Fishing and be an Angler is different. Thats why it is forbidden using light to attract fish in many countries in EU and USA. U seem to be all nice guys in the video but catch fish this way should be history and not celebrated.
what he calls sand bass, were white bass...i fished for them every spring in the rivers above Santee-Cooper until the White Perch put them out of business...if you ever see a white perch kill him, they eat fish eggs and fry and travel in packs...when the school moves through, nothing is left...
@@thellisbad723 White bass and sand bass are the same species. Just different people call them different names. Just like the Flathead catfish is called yella cat by a lot of people in the south. Also called shovelnose by some people to the north, apaloosa by some.
Michelle Brown he was born with a birth defect or disability, there's nothing wrong with them in normal standards but in social standards its a different story ... He's normal in the sense of nature
This guy is so inspiring, he has overcome doubt of people who thought just because of his hands he couldn't do things like other people, where as he really blew past everyone else and really set the bar.
Gamer65 ForReal he's so well spoken! Wish him the best.
Don’t let him fool ya, they went home because they ran out of minnows! There’s thousands of bait fish one foot from them the whole night and those are EXACTLY what the fish are eating on a daily basis
Luck is where preparation and opportunity meet..
Very well said.

Man i feel bad for the guy and lots of respect
I love your video. I cannot wait for your next video coming soon!
Hi Todd, great fishing show!
thumbs up for the catch&release!
+MonoRacer no pun intended?
Thats like having sex but holding back on the orgasm. Why bother.
Take a umbrella net and never run out of bait when you use lights, the bait is never to small.
Você apareceu agora para mim,2022 estou encantado com vc e seus métodos 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

I dont watch fishing shows but the production and editing of this is really well done. You deserve more subscribers.
u dont watch fishing shows but this is well done so with what are u comparing it to?
i have lots of respect for you you still try your hardest but its probly hard for you because of your hands i respect that. 0-100 i have 100000 respect for you thanks for making this video
Then respect him and forget about his hands since he's getting on with it and doing things more interesting than being a victim
Little Forrest Gump Jr. Lol nice video 👌 you remind me of Forrest the way you sound

mermaids?
Where did you get the plans for them ? Or how did you do it? I want to build a set myself and would appreciate the help
Nice view.

Can you share who makes the seats used in this video? They seem to be just sitting on the deck. I need some like these.
What I don't understand is why they don't catch the shad and use those instead of minnows? One cast net throw and the would have free bait all night.
They are fishing for crappie, Crappie bite more on minnows rather then shad. If they wanted catfish then the shad would be the go to.
Because shad are really hard to keep alive in a bait well or bucket (threadfin) Minnows are hardier and stay alive much longer. Otherwise your right, shad is a natural forage for Crappie. Chuck Williams
Most of the time, stupid is what stupid does not do.
I’m with you guys shad are hard to keep alive but make hella good blue cat bait cut up or flat head alive I like bluegill also
I do the same thing at Lake Eufaula but we're fishing 69 bridge in 50 feet of water we've had so many rods yanked overboard and a lot of fish caught
That's not a blood knot, it's called a dropper loop. Still, a good video on what you're doing.
best video of catching crippie
isnt mooring on a buoy illegal?
Great video
How many hooks are legal(per pole)(per person)?
How many fish per person are legal?

Great video ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
underwater led fishing lights company where in India
Love ur channel
what a jig that white bass
Great video , we’re did you get the 4 pole holder stand?
Good content
Thanks for watching!
what sportsmanship! why not just throw a stick of dynamite in and scoop them up?
Would working jigs and spoons be effective for fishing with lights? I gonna apply this to pier fishing in saltwater this summer. Great video!
Joseph Torres it’s best for minnows we fish with lights and when we run out of minnows we go to jigs but it doesn’t work nearly as good I recommend just spending a couple of bucks on some minnows and you will really pleased this tactic works amazing we catch about 20 crappie about every hour

How in the world did you run out of minnows? I just get minnows from the lake
I do this and catch about 20 crappie a night and we usually fish for 2 hours and run out of minnows and minnows work best

There is no doubt that a drop in pressure increases the activity of all animals.

Just curious why you don't scoop bait fish right out of the lake. Much cheaper and you can fish until you've had enough or got enough.
illegal, you could scoop out bass and catfish and other species
BS! Only illegal if you keep them!
I've caught Bass in a net in front of a Game Warden, picked it up and tossed it back and got a nod & thumbs up!
Do catfish come around to feed on the fish that come in to feed on the small bait fish?
Patriot Catfishers of AMERICA. Yes it is a interesting the way it works the light draws in bait Fish and the game and a consecration of fish attracts bigger and bigger fish.
Why using green light?
Please explain!
Isn't it against the law in Oklahoma to tie up to a marker buoy?
+deeann pookie Only mooring buoys, which are white with a blue band 3/4ths of the way up, can be tied on. Anything else is illegal under the "Obstructing Navigation" section of the Oklahoma fishing codes. www.boat-ed.com/assets/pdf/handbook/ok_handbook_entire.pdf
+EncodedAgent Thank you for the information!
Only reason we had to quit fishing was boat started to sink.
I think he has cerbal palsy don't hate on him
grow up people....i bet his wife loves them. Keep fishin bro
Would a 24” light be enough light for my boat?
I can't bite my line like you, no teeth. LOL...
awesome!
you boys need to use those shad for bait, they work beter too.
are you allowed to tie up to buoys like that?
no, surprised a guide did this on tv
ya I was gonna say that's probably a safety hazard.
Those bouys are not designed to be used as a boat anchor.. "it is illegal to moor or attach a vessel to a buoy"
okiefreemen that's wrong m that's a mooring buoy
not here it aint
Nice video....too bad we can't see what was done!
Called green lights
What reels were you guys using
Pencil case 32',
Tech sheeper 144' (I would say about 81'),
Cio 9' for temperature.

yeah lol unbelievable this is legal anywhere, but then again the states are full of lakes that are essentially infested with crappie, bass and perch....and really, in many cases they are invasive fish. ruined lakes, essentially. in that sense.. who cares.. might as well catch as many as you can
we can use them here
How deep do you run your lights and do you hook them up to the batteries that run the rest of the boat? How long before they run them down?
Where can I buy these under water lights..?
What hooks is he using?
I think it is a Federal offense to tie up to any kind of warning, or Navigational buoy. I like the type of green lights you have. What are they?
Can you catch fish here like this year round?
Shane Russell pretty much i guess you can go under the ice too?
Is sand bass the same as white perch?

That's what I was wondering
Are you trolling or anchored?
trolling with 8 rods side by side. yeah right
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HAAAAW!
It is illegal to tie to any type of navigation bouy (no wake, hazard, docking bouy). I understand it makes things easier as far as an anchor goes but that's a safety hazard and a guaranteed ticket from the game warden. Nice fish though dangggg
what about his arms, dude is just a regular person, I know for sure he could outfish me

Grab my strong hand (scary movie 2)
Does anyone know if it's legal to use lights in FL? I can't call Fl, fish and game until tomorrow..
I live in florida and fished my whole life, as far as im concerned its perfectly legal
Gareth Clark Thank you!
jack hooks
Alot of people asking questions that arent worth answering about the host. Really? I love any new info i can get bout fishing.
hmm never done underwater lights
***** why not have a try?
my broke ass cant afford these things now cus cars too pricey
***** Eh, it looks small... is it expensive? How much
Abby Zhang Not expensive, very reasonable in price. You can find it from here: www.toponechoice.com/
I fish to relax. Forget electronics and now lights? They should ban all electronics.
he must be a great deck hand
4 poles out at once, wtf lol, should get on top of the fish more you would need only 1-2
ihateboybands50 yeah never understood why people use 10 rods (sarcasm) I usually use 1-2 rods 3 max if I'm going to do multi-species fishing
u r a joke. more u use. more fish u get
Called spider rigging. To each there own.

Never heard a drum called a sand bass
Not a drum bro, it is called a white stripped bass
what he calls sand bass, were white bass...i fished for them every spring in the rivers above Santee-Cooper until the White Perch put them out of business...if you ever see a white perch kill him, they eat fish eggs and fry and travel in packs...when the school moves through, nothing is left...
